Location is great, right off I-5. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hotel was very quiet and you didn’t hear people in the hallways or in other rooms, or even other doors opening or closing which I REALLY appreciated. The breakfast was fine, standard hotel fare. The only negative was the water pressure in the bathroom. It was terrible. I don’t think hotels understand that when they they reduce water pressure to “go green”, it just causes people to use MORE water! But overall it was a great place to stay and would do so again!

Water pressure in the sink & shower was atrocious! Please understand that when you reduce water pressure so you can claim to be “environmentally conscious”, it just causes people to take longer showers & use MORE water!

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful - we arrived late, were weary from the long drive (and horrible traffic earlier that day), and just ready to crash, but his easy-going personality made us feel "at home" and chat a little bit (and I'm not one for "small talk"). He knew our special needs (my husband is quadriplegic) and saw that a closer handicap room was available, and went to check/inspect it to make sure it was clean and ready for use. . The complimentary breakfast was yummy! Great assortment, and love the fact that they offered healthier versions such as egg white omelets AND turkey sausages (we don't eat pork)!!!! . The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Our room was very spacious for hubby's wheelchair and shower chair to maneuver easily; well-appointed (Dove hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!!!!) and clean (I'm a clean freak), and the bed was superrrrrrrrr comfortable!!!! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back if we're in the area again.... and will definitely be staying at Holiday Inns whenever we travel now!

Not really a "dislike", but just an FYI re. the handicap bathroom. The chrome hand-held shower head was heavy for my husband to hold.

Very comfortable bed and the kids enjoyed the pool. Easy location with plenty of options for dinner.

Breakfast was a little chaotic, but over all good. The front desk staff seemed to want to be anywhere else but there.

Cleanliness is the most appealing to me. The fans in the bathroom and room are very quiet . I was not able to hear the flushing of toilets nor any shower noises from other hotel rooms which is a plus!

The guests from upstairs were jumping and bouncing balls which woke me up at 7:30am on Saturday.

clean room, super friendly staff, their breakfast is very good and the food is consistently fresh. lots of different lighting options.

I would have liked some bacon. Could hear other guests sometimes if they were very loud.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We stayed here during Covid and really appreciated how clean and spacious the rooms are. The location is easy to access from the freeway and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great for this type of hotel.

Location was great. There were restaurants near by and very easy on/off to freeway. The parking was super easy, we were pulling a trailer and there was plenty of room for us. Also, the breakfast was easy and had something for the whole group to eat.

The only complaint I have was the kids running up and down the halls at 7 am - but that was not the hotels issue. More of a parenting problem

Breakfast was nice, good variety of food to choose from. The location was convient ti the airport.

The elevator broke during our stay, we had to carry our bags down 3 flights of stairs with (3) kids in tow.

Yummy standard continental breakfast items plus pancakes! :) Close to shopping and highway. Nice new area.

Room doors close very loudly so you can hear neighbors coming and going. Water pressure could be better.

I ate breakfast two of the three days I stayed at the hotel. I have no complains. The food was warm, delicious & so glad your company has taken the stance of sanitation first & foremost.
