I like the fairly easy check in process. I did have to wait around for a bit as no one was at the desk. I attended my mother’s funeral in sweet home earlier that day and it was a rough day and week. So I needed service. My bed was very comfortable. And I slept very well. Bigger coffee cups are needed and real half and half should be provided as the flavored coffee mate is junk food. It’s my little hub when I visit my family in Portland from California. Thanks

My door was loud to open and close because the door jam was broken or swollen and I had to force it closed. I didn’t want to make such a loud noise as I didn’t want to bother the patrons.

One of the best Comfort Inn hotels I have stayed thus far. Very well maintained property, staff were nice, they got ample parking. Conveniently located from Walmart and Grocery outlet. Multiple eateries as well at less than 2ins walk from the hotel.

Laundry supplies weren't refilled. We had to get it from Walmart. Breakfast window even though was 6-9:30AM, they had stopped refills by 9AM. Folks who came post 9 had to adjust with what was left.

The stay here was very nice. We were here a week. The staff was wonderful and the facilities were wonderful. Special stand outs were Brianna (Front desk), Crystal (Front desk), Yvonne (Front desk) and Manny (General Manager). They all made our stay wonderful. Maria in the breakfast room was awesome. She kept everything stocked and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and room were very clean. It has a good pool and hot tub with an adult only time later at night. ( which we love for the quiet and relaxation) Very friendly staff. The best part, though, is the breakfast. A full hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, waffles, omelets, and more. Wonderful experience. The only small point off is that the bed is a bit soft.

Staff was amazing! I’ve never had such good customer service at a hotel before. Breakfast was very good also with a staff member in the dining room refilling breakfast items. Indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. Fresh coffee and ice water in the lobby. Did I mention how awesome the staff was?🙂

The breakfast had a nice variety. The staff was very friendly. The cookies in the lobby was a nice surprise. The location was perfect for our needs.

We were approached by a few homeless people asking for money. While not the hotel's fault, it was uncomfortable to be approached while I was walking alone.

The only complaint was the pool not being in use do to the pump being down and the water was beyond freezing..... This was the main reason for getting a room was for the pool and hot tub it was a birthday present but other than that no other complaints everything was wonderful....

Room was clean and comfortable, beds a little used. Felt springs, when sitting on side And under heavy contact areas.

Feel like a 20 dollar pet fee is a easy way to add profit. Seemed pricey. Of course my pet is a well behaved miniature. Felt like 10 dollar fee would be more fair.

I like Comfort Inn’s as they are all pretty consistent. The same reliable breakfast foods. This location was doable for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. It’s a bit older, but well maintained. Easy access for shopping and eateries.

We had such a wonderful stay. . . restful, comfortable, clean. . . no complaints.

When we arrived for breakfast, the eggs were cold, but I'm sure they were about to serve fresh ones and literally that is the only thing that I would say I didn't like. The breakfast was GREAT overall.
