Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. We were on a road trip so had plenty of opportunity to compare between motels/hotels of similar price points along the way. The Ramada in Medford was our last stay of the trip and just a single night stopover. It was the least expensive option in Medford for comparable stays, which was why we chose it. We were so pleasantly surprised by the generous offerings in the included breakfast - way more than just continental. Scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles, as well as amazing yogurt (lemon cream!!) and bagels along with the usual cereal and toast. We had bikes on our car that we normally feel it necessary to move to our room, but the parking spot we were able to use (as Wyndham members) was in full view of the 24-hour reception desk plus we were assured that there were cameras plus that the neighborhood was very safe. So refreshing! The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful regarding several questions I had. The room had clearly been renovated and was bright and clean and had lots of USB outlets, including in both bedside lamps. Definitely a 10/10 stay and great value for the price.

Location is great, being like 5 minutes from the airport. Staff was very good, especially Hawthorne Watson. He was personable, attentive, accommodating, and friendly! Hawthorne made staying there feel more like home!

Breakfast was standard for mid-range chain hotels. Nothing special but not bad for no additional cost. The hotel room itself was a bit dated and the first one we were given smelled like a smoker had just abused it the night before. Thank goodness for Hawthorne!

Convenient location. Pet friendly Clean

Vanity a bit janky. Hair dryer had obviously detached from wall and was stored in drawer but wall not fixed. Towel bar fell off when grabbing hand towel. When I chose a pet friendly room I assumed the price reflected having a pet in the room but when I checked out there was an add on surcharge for the pet. If you are booking a designated pet room it should include that fee. That was my expectation.

Friendly staff, super clean for being a pet friendly motel, and very reasonable price , and there breakfast bar is awesome I stayed 2 nights, it's very private and sound proofed and just feels like home I recommend it and I will be a loyal customer For now on .... Keep up the good work Red Roof INN & Suites 💯

One thing I don't like was there's no grass For the pets to potty My dog will not go to Pottie if there's no grass so I found myself having to take out several times because he had Togo But refused to Pottie in gravel But no other complaints

Breakfast was delicious they actually take the time for the Guest.. it was a comfortable stay friendly staff unlike California Hotel Staff.. Thank You for a comfortable Stay.. especially the Front Desk Clerk that checked us in the day of..😁

I absolutely loved it here! It was comfortable, they were accommodating and very friendly ! I had the best nights sleep after tons of traveling and stress free, I’d love to come back here next time I’m in town.

Nothing! I wish more hotels had the standard that Hawthorne and his team had.

I asked for quiet and the room I was given provided that. Actually, it was a great room overall because it wasn't the standard rectangle. It had shutters on the windows. It felt homey and light.

There was glass or can spills on one night stand. Otherwise, the room was clean.

- easy location - ok room for price - great value - breakfast passable - room aircon set nicely low when I got in on hot day - easy parking - lots of restaurants very close by - Checkout 11am (and not earlier than that) - breakfast hours 6am to 10am

Check in was great... room was clean and comfortable The only thing it was missing was a table and chairs for sitting /eating .. breakfast was good enough to start the day....

The hotel has been updated, new beds which are wonderful. The rooms are clean and inviting. The breakfast was good just would like the breakfast to be available past 9:30 am

The breakfast was shut down to early, I didn’t get checked in till late due to traveling so I kind of slept in
