Very clean and extremely spacious room. I did not expect the walk-in closet! Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The pool was very clean and there were towels aplenty both times we went to swim. Plenty of parking available as well. Staff were all very kind and friendly! And I’m shocked above all else that I didn’t hear a single plane the whole time we were there despite being across the street from the airport.

Wish the pool was warmer. Kiddo was shivering after about 15 minutes of swimming.

Don't oversleep if you want breakfast! By 9:15, it's pretty bare bones(9:30 closing, but just 1 little piece of bacon left). The choices are great, but there were several people who left without. I'm sure it's hard to gauge, but perhaps the staff could offer a quick microwave substitute, i.e., the breakfast sandwiches. I don't always decide where to stay based on the food choices, but many folks do. On the other hand, the bar in the evening is wonderful!. Nice selection of libations and the food menu is good and the food is tasty .

The property was clean and quiet and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. It had complimentary parking and a beautiful heated indoor pool. We had 3 people in our group and the 2 queen beds and sofa trundle worked out well. We enjoyed the evening bar and the snacks we were able to purchase. The complimentary breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, juice, etc. We will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable! Needed a wheelchair accessible room to fit a family of 4. Two Queen beds are only available for "hearing Accessible". So they bumped us to a king accessible suite. It has a couch and a trundle bed! Kids slept great! Trundle is a bit stiff/ coils but my son could care less;) Our bed was extremely comfortable! Will stay here again when visiting family.

Location is nice but by 8 o’clock there was not a variety of food choices, only the basic, nobody was in attendance only one nice lady that was refilling one pot of oatmeal. There should always be someone that stays there all the time and make sure there’s food enough for the people. In addition there was not half and half for people who add that to their coffee. That’s why the need for a person to be there so you can ask for something that needs to get refilled.

Lack of variety of food choices. No one told me if my stay would give me access to the gym. And some people smoking close by the rooms.

The room was huge, spotless, and very well kept. The mattress and pillows were supportive and high quality. The bathroom was large and sophisticated. The chicken quesadilla at the hotel bistro was delicious! The hotel also serves a fantastic complimentary breakfast with delicious hot coffee, savory options, and cereals. And all staff were super friendly.

Great location and nice, modern comfortable room. The desk in the room is over designed and takes up a lot of room. The bathroom is beautiful. Breakfast is adequate, with a nice big dining area

My only disappointment was that there is no stairwell near the registration area or elevators. (Im claustrophobic). They’re only at the far ends of the hallways.

There was an issue with our booking and they went ahead and checked us in so that we could be comfortable after a long day of traveling! They were exceptionally kind and took care of everything!❤️

There was nothing we didn't like. It was a restful, happy stay!

It was quiet and very clean, even with two sports teams staying. The shower and shower products were very nice. The room was spacious. Breakfast was solid. The pool was nicely heated.

The bathroom had opaque glass that, if the bathroom lights were turned on at night were bright enough to wake everyone up. The TV was awkward for viewing from the “living area.”

Everything was really perfect. I wish I had a better capacity for remembering names, but I *think* Cassandra (my niece thinks she saw the name on a name tag) is the name of the person who checked us in. She was outstanding. Friendly, funny, informative, patient. The room was clean and comfy. It was quiet. Breakfast was convenient.

The sinks in the bathrooms could use a bit of work. Those puppies don’t drain. And my shampoo wouldn’t work. Small things, everything else was great. If not for that, the bathrooms would have been perfect too.
