I like staying here it’s always very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The best place I stayed in since I’ve been in Oregon. I just moved here from Michigan.

I didn’t enjoy finding a bedbug in the first room that I was in, but they were very gracious about letting me move to a different room and I haven’t had any problems with that since. I don’t enjoy the fact, using the room next-door to mine to store the materials for the construction they’re doing in the front of the building. And the noise of going in and out and shutting door all day long. And walking my dog through the paint chips and the wood slivers on the ground.

For the most part it’s clean and near the medical facility where I have been having to go since summer of 2024. So it’s mainly quiet which helps.

One disability room smelled bad from previous customer using it. It was like old sour urine in a depends that had been there for days. And the neighbor next door had the volume up soooo loud it was disturbing as I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. I had an early doctor appointment that morning. But that happened only once in the last 6 months

Fairly comfortable and friendly staff, I enjoy having a bed to sleep in, and a hot shower, and you get both here.also fairly close to the grocery store is a plus.

I'd love to be able to have an open window here, maybe get some fresh air while I'm sleeping. And the cable went out several times for hours due to the weather. Not the hotels fault, just irritating.

It’s helpful that they have handicap rooms. I’ve been coming down to Medford for early Medical appointments. Also it’s pet friendly so that’s helpful too.

That I don’t really get to enjoy it. My appointments are early in the morning so we check in late at night then check out early in the morning since my appointments are early. I would like to be able to lay on the bed & just enjoy a little bit of tv while I’m there. Just relax and enjoy the room for a change.

Matt the front desk guy at night was amazing and so friendly. We arrived and the room we got first when I opened the door smelled of weed and the room was completely a wreck, I went back to the front and he was very upset that whoever cleaned the room lied about it and he moved us to another room and kept apologizing. He went above and beyond to make mine and my mothers stay great!

I like the location of the property. It’s very close to the medical facilities where I have several different appointments that I need to go to.

I noticed during our last stay that the bathroom didn’t have a toilet brush or toilet plunger. When you lifted the toilet seat it was obviously dirty so not sure how the staff is able to clean the toilet if there isn’t those items available in the room.

There wasn't a breakfast i don't believe motel 6 has ever had breakfast? But they had good vending machines with drinks and food.

The pool had just got red tagged before we got there we were looking forward to swimming 🏊‍♀️ on the hot day.

Comfortable bed, lots of vanity space, good shower pressure and a free-flowing drain. Easy parking. Loved the wood floor…so much more sanitary than carpet. Wonderful long desk with chair PLUS a table with chair, perfect for 2 people to do computer work. Josie at the front desk was super helpful…we called to request a ground floor room and on arrival were delighted to find she’d been able to hold one for us. Great customer service! Also, Keli did an excellent job cleaning the room.

Some noise from the guests above us but only a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The on lady I did not get her name she kept antagonizing my mentally challenged sister in a wheelchair to the point that she is easily offended and feels she has to be confrontational. I honestly hope that her actions do not reflect on my ability to rent room again. Appreciate all your hard work!

Was pleased with the size of the room, the parking location to the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. Toilets are to low to the ground…especially for seniors or disabled persons. The pet areas were nasty. (Not your fault) but still should be cleaned.
