Most comfortable beds in the world! Extremely quiet rooms that are spotlessly clean. Had a full kitchen with pots/pans, plates but no cutlery so bring some forks/knives and wooden spoon if you are actually going to cook. Had a table for 4 people (I had the 2 Queen bed room). Outside is a bit deceptive - looks like a typical old-school motel (read that as could be run down) but then you notice the gorgeous flower boxes outside each room and it is the 1st hint that this hotel could be a hidden gem. Nice, thick walls and all new windows and doors. Ice cold air conditioning. Free parking… and again… the mattresses are incredibly comfortable!

It was perfect! Will stay here again on the way back south!

The room exceeded expectations: it was large, comfortable, with a kitchen. The kitchen had a sink, stove, big refrigerator, some plates and cups, pots, coffee machine, microwave, coffee, sugar, 2 bottles of water. The room is clean, convenient modern furniture, a good heater, a large and medium-sized mirror, bedside tables with lamps and chargers, a large TV. Comfortable beds and clean bedsheets. The bathroom is clean, a comfortable shower, plumbing is in order, bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, a bar of soap.

Not critical: not very clean foot towel and stains on bathroom walls. No body wash. Only two packets of coffee in the room. Only two disposable coffee cups.

Nice spacious clean room with a king bed. Nice pillows and plenty of them, 5 I think. Good sized fridge and freezer as well. Heater worked well. Was a good room for a night in Medford. Very quiet inside the room, even though there is a busy highway (?) behind a bunch of trees in the back. Liked that they provided conditioner along with the shampoo. Places hardly do that anymore it seems.

Only 1 bar of soap, so we just broke it in half, between the shower and sink. Was too late in the evening to ask for another one. Could not seem to get hot water at the sink, although there was plenty for showers. Upstairs person was a bit heavy footed, but quieted down. Became nosier in the morning again.

Pleasantly surprised with the new remodel and kitchenette. It made cooking for the kiddos a breeze, and saved us money in the long run. Although the kitchen has pots, a small skillet, and a cookie sheet, you'll need to bring or purchase silverware. There were 2 plates, but we brought paper ones, and no oven mitts. The full size fridge was really nice. Comfortable beds, decent Wi-fi and nice TV. Very good value for the money. Close to shopping as well. A little disappointed that there was no ice on site, and would have liked a bathtub, but the shower was really nice.

new everything in the room, high level of equipping (everything I needed and much more). Wifi was strong and easyily accessed and TV was large, very good channel selection and well positioned! Bed was comfy, everything was clean and working, lots of lighting options.. Shower stall and toilet: all new and hot water came on very quickly, not scalding. Nice soap and shampoo. Didn't use the pantry, but fridge+oven+hob+microwave+sink makes it a complete kitchenette. Plus 2 tables and 3 chairs. Innkeeper was friendly and most keen on ensuring a hospitable stay. I'd say that the amount of thinking that went into design and layout of the room is unusually welcome. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

only downer was the shower access which requires standing in an initial splash of cold water before the hot water kicks in, but it's a very minor issue for me as the hot water kicked in almost right away, and otherwise the shower was good and strong. Love that I don't have to wait for hot water to arrive

We do not normally answer these questionnaires and reviews. In this case we will. We were very happy staying here for three days. The property was newly renovated and in good, clean condition, and the price was appropriate. We will stay here again. The main reason we will come back is the management. Amish and Chia. They exceeded our requests and are extremely kind and helpful, we really appreciate them very much. They are the reason that we will come back to this property in the future as our needs require in southern Oregon.

The TV wasn't very easy to navigate the channels. We did not find any kind of TV guide. We had to go through all the channels and memorize which ones met our interests.

Room is spacious and newly renovated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen more than adequate for our week there. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for price paid.

would’ve liked 4 chairs in the family suite. but we weren’t at the hotel long enough to make that a big deal as we were busy with family. Utensils would be nice in the kitchen.

Very clean room with all new modern fixtures. Very friendly host. If someone is planning an extended stay this is a great value with a kitchen and pots and pans etc. You can save a great deal of money preparing your own meals instead of pricy restaurants. It was very quiet and we got rested without interruptions.

First impression was misleading because of the dated commercial aspect of the area. But don’t worry. Book the room and then you’ll see how the owner takes great pride in his business. Super clean.

Check in was smooth and the family running the place were welcoming. You will need to show photo ID and pay a security deposit. The room was stellar and exceeded our expectations! It was super clean as well. We could tell it was newly renovated and they actually did such a great job. Whoever did the work to upgrade the place really knew what they were doing.

I found a few hairs on my pillow which tells me it may have been used before or not cleaned very well. But overall, this place has great value and I would stay again.

The newly refurbished room was very nice overall. Comfortable bed. Easy to use heating system. Nice shower and bathroom amenities. Very nice to a have a small refrigerator, and although I didn't use it this stay--a stove. With minor exceptions it was very clean.

I didn't need them but there were pots and pans, and a couple plates and cups. However, I did need a knife and fork but there were no kitchen or eating utensils; I left early in the morning and was afraid they would think I stole them since it seems so basic to provide. There were also some grocery bags left in the cabinets and crumbs in the drawer below the stove......otherwise it was very clean.
