Relax Inn was our first stop of many in our 2,800 mile road trip this summer! We stayed in the Supreme Family room which is two queen beds with a kitchenette. The room was very clean, updated and obviously kept well maintained. I was actually quite impressed with the linens and comfort of the bed. I am a bit of a bed snob so it's a big compliment from me. Thick mattress, full fluffy pillows and sheets that seemed to me to be a higher thread count and made of cotton. We were able to drive into Ashland for the evening very easily, I remember being happy it took us under 15 minutes. It's an older renovated motel, but they did it right. Lovely flowers on the property too. I totally recommend!

Had a nice, spacious King room on the second floor for one night. Bed is great, pillows were the kind I like in a motel. Nice they provided 5. Good sized fridge/freezer, in case your are staying for a few to several days. Was a hot day upon arrival and the room was invitingly cool thanks to management turning on the AC. There are beautiful flower boxes around the parking area, which add a lovely pop of color and happy bee activity.

Nothing really, except the man next to us came out of his room for a cigarette, standing right in front of his door. Had to walk through the smoke to get to our room, as we loaded our things into our room. As non somker's didn't appreciate the smell and the somke trailing in after us.

Most comfortable beds in the world! Extremely quiet rooms that are spotlessly clean. Had a full kitchen with pots/pans, plates but no cutlery so bring some forks/knives and wooden spoon if you are actually going to cook. Had a table for 4 people (I had the 2 Queen bed room). Outside is a bit deceptive - looks like a typical old-school motel (read that as could be run down) but then you notice the gorgeous flower boxes outside each room and it is the 1st hint that this hotel could be a hidden gem. Nice, thick walls and all new windows and doors. Ice cold air conditioning. Free parking… and again… the mattresses are incredibly comfortable!

It was perfect! Will stay here again on the way back south!

The room exceeded expectations: it was large, comfortable, with a kitchen. The kitchen had a sink, stove, big refrigerator, some plates and cups, pots, coffee machine, microwave, coffee, sugar, 2 bottles of water. The room is clean, convenient modern furniture, a good heater, a large and medium-sized mirror, bedside tables with lamps and chargers, a large TV. Comfortable beds and clean bedsheets. The bathroom is clean, a comfortable shower, plumbing is in order, bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, a bar of soap.

Not critical: not very clean foot towel and stains on bathroom walls. No body wash. Only two packets of coffee in the room. Only two disposable coffee cups.

This room was a great value, we had a full kitchen (stove/large fridge/sink, etc.) The entire facility was spotless. The shower was huge with lots of hot water pressure. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had at a hotel and had 4 pillows each bed -- just like home! Location is convenient to everything and very quiet. Great thrift store right next door - so nicely arranged and low prices! Highly recommend and we will definitely use again on our next trip to Medford!

A few kitchen towels and some metal cutlery would be nice but

Nice spacious clean room with a king bed. Nice pillows and plenty of them, 5 I think. Good sized fridge and freezer as well. Heater worked well. Was a good room for a night in Medford. Very quiet inside the room, even though there is a busy highway (?) behind a bunch of trees in the back. Liked that they provided conditioner along with the shampoo. Places hardly do that anymore it seems.

Only 1 bar of soap, so we just broke it in half, between the shower and sink. Was too late in the evening to ask for another one. Could not seem to get hot water at the sink, although there was plenty for showers. Upstairs person was a bit heavy footed, but quieted down. Became nosier in the morning again.

Everything was nice and crisp and practical. It was definitely a step up in quality and layout for the price range. A nicely upgraded bathroom with large modern glass doored shower, too. The thrift store next door was a fun stop on our way out.

A busy street outside, but noise wasn’t so terribly bad. It had a full size stove, microwave with fan, and half size fridge/freezer, all nicely done. But essentially lacking utensils or dishwater to make use of it all. Only a couple or three pots. It didn’t affect our stay, but we found it curious.

Pleasantly surprised with the new remodel and kitchenette. It made cooking for the kiddos a breeze, and saved us money in the long run. Although the kitchen has pots, a small skillet, and a cookie sheet, you'll need to bring or purchase silverware. There were 2 plates, but we brought paper ones, and no oven mitts. The full size fridge was really nice. Comfortable beds, decent Wi-fi and nice TV. Very good value for the money. Close to shopping as well. A little disappointed that there was no ice on site, and would have liked a bathtub, but the shower was really nice.

new everything in the room, high level of equipping (everything I needed and much more). Wifi was strong and easyily accessed and TV was large, very good channel selection and well positioned! Bed was comfy, everything was clean and working, lots of lighting options.. Shower stall and toilet: all new and hot water came on very quickly, not scalding. Nice soap and shampoo. Didn't use the pantry, but fridge+oven+hob+microwave+sink makes it a complete kitchenette. Plus 2 tables and 3 chairs. Innkeeper was friendly and most keen on ensuring a hospitable stay. I'd say that the amount of thinking that went into design and layout of the room is unusually welcome. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

only downer was the shower access which requires standing in an initial splash of cold water before the hot water kicks in, but it's a very minor issue for me as the hot water kicked in almost right away, and otherwise the shower was good and strong. Love that I don't have to wait for hot water to arrive

Friendly and helpful staff. In room, decent kitchen with full stove and apartment fridge. Two cheap pans but no utensils or flatware. Reasonably quiet. Motel was built in the 1960s or so but is well maintained. Beautiful flowers in flower beds and hanging baskets. Impeccably clean.

Kitchen not well supplied--bring your own utensils. On old highway 99 so it takes a bit of map reading to find the first time. Some rooms on the lower floor are dark, but lighting is adequate.
