The staff was wonderful, helpful and professional. I have stayed at very few Hilton properties and was impressed. Very clean, rooms were spacious and there were decent areas for pets with supplies needed. I was placed with consideration on the first floor closer to the back door for easy access to the pet area. Kudo’s to Troy at the front desk. When I packed up to leave the breakfast bar had closed. I was hoping to make it before that due to a long drive on the road. He very graciously went to the back and brought out a bag with the bagel I was hoping for with jam, as well as a carefully wrapped apple and water. Such a sweet gesture. I want to also provide a BIG SHOUT OUT to Marcy for helping me with an item I had left behind to ensure that I had it overnighted to my next destination. She went way beyond the call of duty to help. What really stood out to me was that she was also in the middle of conducting a property tour, so to go all the way to the Fed Ex location and making the time to do this made it all the more appreciated. I was beyond grateful to her. I have been in the industry myself for 25+ years and recognize excellence when I see it. We called it White Glove Service which is what your staff at this location provided. THANK YOU!!

Very noisy in my room which was on the first floor. I did not expect total silence by any means but the walls next to me and floors above appeared to have no insulating factors to help muffle any sounds at all. Very loud. There were only 2 Bell Carts. I had to wait for one to be available. The front desk clerk that evening (Theresa) was kind enough to hunt one down for me. My suggestion would be to purchase several more. There seemed to be a definite need with non stop check ins.

Had two cats either us, realized there would be a fee, expecting $30 but it was $75. Should have that info on the website to avoid surprises. Had a nice pool indoors, website said they had a pool and spa, assumed there would be a hot tub, but none. Was looking forward to a hot tub soak after driving 13 hours.

Very clean. I believe it’s been renovated since I was here last year. The room was very nice. The location is great, food and stores close by. This is the 2nd year we’ve come to this hotel on our trip and everything is always very clean and that the staff is always fantastic, that itself makes it worth the money.

Last year when I was here the hot tub was broken and taped off, this year it was gone completely so I was a bit disappointed. I’m pretty sure I booked a room with two queens and pull out couch like I had last year, but I got a room with two queens and no pull out. There were six of us so this was inconvenient but they were sold out so we made it work as we were leaving super early in the morning anyway. My biggest complaint is more about the area than the hotel at all, no 24-hr gas stations and we left at 4:30am. If you’re leaving early be sure to gas up the night before.

Quiet location just outside of Medford. Very nice breakfast.

The room had too much furniture, or it was too large. The chair at the desk was comfortable, but stuck off. The chair between the bed and window was absolutely too large for the space, it was even hard to get out of bed. That's easy to fix - get smaller chairs!

Location was great, not right on top of a major highway. Breakfast was great - the Denver omelet was especially good. The room was very, very quiet and everything was extremely clean.

The light switch in the bathroom also turned on the fan. It is better when the light and the fan are on separate switches.

the only thing I can think or is the $75 non refundable pet fee is a little steep for my liking. We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and they did not charge this fee. we have a small dog and stayed one night were there less than 24 hours and our dog did nothing wrong. I feel like this fee should be refundable like the incidental fee is.

The breakfast was wonderful...we appreciated how spacious and organized the breakfast room was, not to mention how quick the staff were to replenish the food, and also the friendly service.

The only thing we didn't like was that we only stayed a night....we could have stayed a week, or a month, or a year and been very happy.

The breakfast was very good. The convenience of having a hot breakfast at the hotel is our primary reason for staying at Hampton Inn. The room was spacious and clean.

The pool was unavailable. This is pretty minor, all things considered.

Friendly staff and clean room that was larger than expected. We needed to stay an extra day due to weather and they were very helpful, extending our stay.

The doors slamming as the maids cleaned rooms around us in the morning.
