I had just driven eight hours from Monterey California with my dog Lucy. We were exhausted, thirsty, and really needed to relax. We were greeted by Karen (not that Karen 🙄) and she proceeded to make us feel at home and processed us as quickly as possible, seeing that we were dead on our feet. All I wanted was bed and to my surprise and eternal gratefulness she upgraded us to a lovely room. That doesn’t happen very often, but it sure made an impression . I will definitely be checking out. Comfort ends first on my travels.. 😎

The installations were great, the room was comfortable, the location was also good and the receptionist that checked us in was very helpful and friendly.

The receptionist that was in the next morning was very unfriendly. Also the cleaner knock at our door exactly at 11:00am. We were ready to go and just packing the last bits but we found rude to be kicked out exactly at 11am. The cleaner was then in the front desk with the receptionist and both had long faces.

Upon requesting a pet friendly room, it was a welcome to surprise to find that Karen the front desk person chose a room on the main floor close to the exit door, which was very accommodating since we were travelling with the pet. The room was large and clean. The staff was super efficient and the breakfast was 10 out of 10.

Absolutely no complaints. The price was great. The location was awesome. Will definitely recommend if you’re travelling on a budget and you want better than the average hotel. I would recommend 10 out of 10.

Friendly and accomidating front desk staff !! The rooms were nicely cleaned. Yummy breakfast and the kids had fun in the pool, too. I would book a stay there again if I needed to.

Small parking lot, but that's not the staffs fault. The t.v. in our room wasn't connected how it should have been, so we weren't able to watch t.v./you tube/ Netflix/Roku t.v... the kids were a little irritated. They came to fix it, but it wasn't fully set up right, so it never connected correctly. Other than that...it was a great stay!!

Nice location for what we were there for. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

Getting into the building from the road was so confusing!!! We went back and forth several times before figuring it out and when we finally thought we had made it, the road dead ended. My husband ended up jumping a curb to get there because we were so over it.

The rooms are nice and clean. The property was clean. The staff is amazing! Cristal, Karen and CariAnn oh and Bill were the best! Housekeeping knows what they are doing! Free breakfast was pretty good I might add. I look forward to future stays. BTW the pool is indoors and the spa is bubbly and warm and relaxing. Clean pool area.

Small hotel, ample parking

Getting to the hotel was arduous due to the road restrictions from the Main roads. Not hotels fault, Oregon Department of Transportation made it very difficult for nearby businesses; with median barriers, necessity for u turns, they have stranded this hotel on an island. When booking it seemed like just off the freeway, but it is not straight forward.

The location was great, there was several good restaurants very close less then 5 minutes away. the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was located near by. The complementary breakfast was very good.

The shower curtain rod was loose at one end so the curtain would not stay closed and it let a large amount of water on the floor. The towels could of been softer.

The location was very convenient for me, and the staff (particularly the evening staff) were very kind and accommodating. They went beyond not only what I expected from a Comfort Inn...but, were more professional & helpful than staff at most 4 star hotels I've stayed with. I was going through a scary & difficult time (personally), and had to check-in early. I expected nothing more than to be handed my door card and that would have been fine. In addition, I received kind words and genuine compassion, and was offered cookies and coffee. Exceptional customer service!

It was a tad noisy, but then again...I WAS on the first floor with my pet, so in a way, it's understood.

Pretty decent hotel that you can expect - nice bed, clean room, tv, coffee, and breakfast just like others hotels around the country.

The parking space is so limited that made me hesitate to drive out for dinner. The lobby also looks very shabby. They were under construction or something during the time of my visit. Hope they're done with it and improve that.
