Reasonable. Overall impression is Medford is a mean city. This establishment felt safe and friendly compared to our work/travel around Medford. Relatively clean. Flowers were VERY appreciated. Staff/management were very attentive and kind. (Repaired cable service.)Shower was tall enough for me!😎

First, been here before, and will return. Parking was tight; could not use our space a couple days. Floors need mopping. Very dirty. (Blackened my indoor slides.) Hole under door big enough for a mouse. One USB port was inoperable. Breakfast was a disappointment from last stay. A/C needs a setting where fan stays on if A/C turns off. A/C turning on and off all night kept us awake.Also needs a cover over setting lights. Black-out curtains could be better. Need complete darkness to sleep. Lounge chair was comfy but seemed like a thrift store item; a little broken and worn.

We had a very pleasant stay at this motel. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, which made for a comfortable experience. The room included a minibar and a coffee machine—nice touches for added convenience. While there was no safe, the overall amenities were good. The property also offers a guest laundry room and a cold drinks vending machine, which we appreciated. Overall, a great option for a short and comfortable stay in Eugene.

One design detail to be aware of: the sink is located outside the bathroom, inside the sleeping area. This could be a disturbance if one guest sleeps while the other uses the sink.

The checkin was fast and the car port was a thoughtful feature to protect the car and us from the element. The bed and the bedding were super comfy and the room was large with medium sized fridge and a microwave, things that are hard to come by for a hotel this grade. The hotel also uses refillable shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, which again things that many hotels this grade do not use or even provide.

The AC cuts in and out at night making it difficult for me to regulate my body temperature because when it cut out, it got too warm under the blanket, but when it came back on it was uncomfortable without the blanket.

This is an owner operator that takes pride in their motel. It is a very old motor inn (1930's or 40's) that includes covered parking and wide single car spaces. It has been restored to immaculate condition. Much attention has been paid to cleanliness (it's spotless). The mattress was newer and very comfortable. They have hanging flower baskets throughout the motel and new chip contact locks. Make no mistake, this IS a budget motel, but many mid tier chains don't come close to how well this motel is run, and it costs about half the price of a mid tier hotel.

A few of the USB ports didn't work in the room lamps. I have nothing else bad to say about this fantastic motel.

The breakfast was very nice, the breakfast room was well stocked and clean. The room was very comfortable and clean. I will be staying here again the next time in town and I need accommodations. I love the parking space for each room, no second floor rooms and a covering for the parking spaces. I was quite pleased.

The only thing I did not like was on the second night there was a man.....I think one of the workers....sat on the pile on next to my car playing on his phone. Really didn't know why he was there....made me a little nervous.

Very friendly front desk person. Room very clean. Fridge actually worked and kept food cold. Small freezer space as well. Microwave & coffee maker included. Bed super comfortable. Loved the car port!! Breakfast was included & the usual fare. Great location for our needs. Quiet at night.

Shower sprayed water around, making the floor wet, even though we did our best to keep the shower curtain plastered to the wall. Room set up is a tiny bit tight, but workable & would not stop us from staying here again.

I love this Rodeway Inn, I stay here when ever I travel between Tacoma and Reno , It is classic motor lodge , where you park directly in front of your room The owners have recently upgraded all of the rooms , so all are clean , neat tastefully decorate and great value The owner consistently get awards from ichoice hotels I drive back to Tacoma later this week and will stay here once again

Breakfast was okay, I had toast, yogurt and coffee. The bed was comfortable as was the chair in my room. I liked having a carport so my car was shaded.

The coffee from machine wasn’t good. Also the juice machine was out of juice by the time I got there. On Saturday it was very crowded, no place to sit for a while. And since you were asked not to take food from breakfast room, I had to stand waiting for a table.

Breakfast was excellent, and staff and owners were very nice and welcoming!! Very helpful, and even gave extra towels when we asked for them… couldn’t have asked for better service!! A+ in my book !

King size bed was a bit lopsided, and let the front desk know this when we checked out, and also the sink didn’t have the little handle to lift the plug out of the drain so it made it very hard to drain the sink if you ran water in it. Instead of Cable, it’s Satellite, so weather kept knocking out the reception (front desk said), so couldn’t enjoy much television. We were in room #111 June 16-17

Loved the covered parking next to my room.

I wanted to throw away a banana peel, but not in my room because I noticed a couple of gnats, and I went to the office and there was no trash can inside of outside the office which I thought was strange, I had to walk to a building next door in an alley to throw it away.
