The desk clerk daniel greeted us with a smile & took the time to explain details about the hotel since it was our first time there. He made us feel welcomed. The location is nice and close to walmart and restaurants.

The breakfast lady is extremely rude and tried to block my husband from serving himself breakfast after he told her the first plate he served he took to the room for me because I'm disabled and there's not enough room for me to use my scooter. She didn't care she flat out told him "to leave food for others" by taking 1 plate to the room for me. There's no signs stating you can't take food to rooms or every single person must serve themselves. She made my husband feel uncomfortable especially walking by him while he's sitting drinking juice and making inappropriate comments. For this reason we will not be back there.

The property was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be in Medford. We were in town for a 3 day soccer tournament. Walmart is pretty much next door, but the lobby also had plenty of drinks and snacks for purchase. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Free hot breakfast is always a bonus as well

Homeless problem. I know it’s everywhere but unfortunately for this hotel- there’s a veterans park right in front of the property and there’s just sooo many homeless people living in it. I just made sure not to leave anything of value in my car at night

The room was comfortable and there was a bathtub, though it was difficult to make the plug work. The breakfast was quite a spread: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, toast, yogurt, juices, tea, and coffee. Sometimes hotels give you coffee and a donut and call it breakfast, so I was glad to get an actual big breakfast.

There were only two low level lights in the room. The bedside lamp provided extra light, but without it the room felt gloomy.

Great staff, awesome hot tub, clean, extremely quiet rooms. Super comfortable beds, amazing shower. Nice size refrigerator, good coffee maker in room.

Refrigerator did not get very cold.Pool is freezing cold. I booked several months in advance, when I looked online just possibly stay another night, they were charging significantly less than what I had already paid. Only one garbage can in each room. Absolutely no literature or brochures in room show local dining or places of interest.

Clean updated room. Bed soft. TV exceptional HiDefinition. Quiet though it was pretty full that njght. Breakfast was hot, and tasty. Liked that they did not run out of any items. They had dedicated staff to keep it clean and full the entire 6 to 9 am breakfast time. Staff excellent. i needed a takeout pizza i could walk to, and the counter rep nearly walked me there he was so thoughtful! Overall, nothing negative to say. I plan to return.

I had a tough tome getting my key to work in any doors. I met some ladies and they too had issues using they're key. It did work but took anywhere from 5 to 10 times inserting and reinserting key for it to work. My room and the pool. Some shady people at the park by parking lot but they didn't cause trouble and didn't hear them once in room. Either issue was not a big deal and I would definitely stay there again

It's actually really a nice hotel for being in the middle of homeless people

In spite of the area being clean you're surrounded by homeless people looking to break into your car or steal anything that isn't bolted down. They have armed security But not at the hours where you would think they need it the most.

Great location off I5. Check in with Daniel was great. He was very friendly and professional.

Room was clean but the carpets are terribly dirty. I spilled a little water on the carpet so a placed a small towel on it and the towel immediately turned black with dirt. I changed my socks and put my shoes back on. Also lots of homeless in the parking lot and the adjacent park.

Convenient to airport. Our flight was too early to be able to do breakfast, but they provided bag lunch. Restaurant on site was a nice dining experience.

Arrived in room with broken air conditioner. Reported to front desk and maintenance arrived to check unit. We went to dinner down stairs and he replaced unit while we were out. Came back to cold room. Great Service!

The attendant responsible for serving, cleaning up after, and taking care of breakfast overall, a staff member named angela, was most helpful and congenial every morning. The place of breakfast was a spotless, Angela was sweet and accommodating, and I would come back to this hotel just for the opportunity to see her again. I definitely recommend this spot.
