Staff was great

I had paid for my hotel stay through booking.com When I went to checkout, another person had paid, and my payment had been canceled. Now, I can't get money back from Booking.com as they say my reservation was not canceled. You would have thought your staff would've seen my stay was paid in full before canceling my reservation. Not happy that you will be paid twice for my stay.

It's always good with Hilton, we were in Oregon for a few nights and the hotel was better than we expected. Would stay there again if passing through the town. I bought a lot of things online some time before my arrival, they kept everything organized and secure, didn't even charge me for receiving the packages, 10/10.

just little things that could be better for $200/night, nothing blanket in the room, had coffee but no lids, nothing super wrong though

Beautiful lobby with a great area to eat, relax, and socialize. Nice bar. Wide hallways, beautiful rooms, and very helpful staff.

We did not stay for breakfast but it smelled delicious. We ate dinner at the bar and Grill. And it was very good and the staff was great.

I wish pets where a little less expensive and there was a makeup mirror in the bathrooms

Everything was as expected. Room was nice and quiet. I could not hear other guest’s noise.

1. Only 2 Kleenex in box. No backup. 2. Fan in bathroom was very covered with dust. Kinda gross. 3. Toilet had urine drips on outside of bowl. TV remote did not work for me. Probably operator error.

Was unable to get a room on the bottom floor, though requested. I'm claustrophobic and don't use elevators. My mother can't walk upstairs, but should have someone in the elevator with her for balance. I had to put my mom in the elevator with the luggage caddy, run upstairs, then zip down to the other end of the hallway to meet her on the elevator. The stairwell was not adjacent to the elevators. It was on the other side of the building. That's the first time I've seen encountered that scenario.

The location was perfect to the interstate i was traveling on, so that was great. I had dinner that night and it was delicious. I did not eat breakfast, but I did look at the menu and thought it was well priced. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

HGI should include breakfast no matter what price you pay. Your prices are a little high, I booked through booking.com to get the lower prices.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have not been disappointed. It has easy access off the 5 freeway, is super clean, welcoming staff and a dining room/bar in the lobby. Our room was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed, including space to replace after a long day on the road. Parking is easy. The cob salad in the dining room was one of the best I've ever had.
