The staff was very kind, quick & accommodating when I had 1 issue that needed addressed right away. Everything felt & looked fresh and clean(upon laying on the pillows, they smelled musty though but the front deak didnt question it when i requested a fresh batch so it's kind of a moot point). The bathtub was enjoyable for my toddler. The room was spacious.

The driveway doesnt have a sign and so no clear entrance when it is dark out. My husband and i arrived on separate days in the dark and missed the driveway so had to loop alllll the way around (3 minute loop). The pillows didn't smell clean upon arrival and the walls/windows are not well insulated. I heard traffic (which there's a lot of) & the neighbor's conversation/clearing of throats as clear as if they were in the same room.

They had a great outdoor patio with a modern gas grill and loaned us all the utensils to grill. We were able to enjoy the meat we required for the Carnivore or Proper Human Diet, just like at home.

I was looking forward to having a kitchen to accommodate our restricted dietary needs, but it didn't come with any cooking or serving utensils, which rendered that idea quite useless. I wasn't impressed with the few dishes and pans they offered for sale and didn't have the time or desire to go shopping for dishes that I wouldn't be able to pack or even use at home in the future.

I chose this for the awesome location near the airport as I was only staying in Medford to pick someone up the next day. I was impressed with the well-stocked onsite store, the comfortable and clean room. This is my new go-to place to stay whenever I'm in Medford for a single night. Since I wasn't planning to cook in the room the lack of any utensils, cookware, etc didn't really bother me.

Given this is a national chain I guess people who stay here know that if they intend to fully use the kitchenette they'll need to bring their own kitchen gear.

Your staff!!!!! The staff is so incredibly accommodating. I had to place my 75 yo mother here after being displaced. I drove up from CA to help her as she landed up in emergency surgery. Her stay was then extended at the last minute with me here now helping take care of her. I can't thank the staff enough for their passion and consideration.

How heavy the doors are to the rooms. They slam!!

We liked the relatively quiet location, ample parking, helpful, welcoming desk clerk and cleaning staff, comfortable beds, and the kitchen(!) Which would have been ideal for a longer stay. A real refrigerator was so nice. The coffeemaker worked well with our own coffee.

We were puzzled that the only kitchen equipment was paper towels and a nice kitchen trash can. We ordered dinner from DoorDash and ate out of the boxes with plastic forks from the restaurant. Plates, cups and cutlery would have been nice, but really not a problem for us, as we were just staying one night.

Friendly and welcoming staff, convenient little shop in the lobby for essentials, luggage carts available, pet friendly for a small fee. Nice big rooms with very comfortable bed and pillows. Full size fridge and kitchenette are really nice to have, especially when travelling with pets or family. Not too far from the highway and right next to the airport, but airplane noise wasn't an issue at all - slept great! Also excellent lighting in the room - warm colour temperature bulbs that were all consistent with each other - may sound like a small thing but makes a huge difference in feeling comfortable and being able to relax.

Would be handy if guests had access to EV charging during their stay as that helps save time on a road trip. Would be happy to pay additionally for that access especially if it could guarantee a charging spot in advance.

Close to the airport, but we didn't notice any extra noise. Big parking lot. Easy to find the hotel and find a place to park. Nice big room. Loved having a little kitchen in there and full size fridge. Everything clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of ammenities in the bathroom.

There were no dishes, no silverware, no cups, no pots and pans. Nothing that would let us actually USE the kitchen. I don't know if these items might be available on request or loan, as I didn't ask, but it would have been nice to at least have a few basics. There were some plastic one-use cups wrapped in plastic and a roll of paper towels.

CLEAN room, good shower, super comfortable bed, fantastic pillows. Dog friendly, easy to get to and from our room, staff is so wonderful, whatever you ask they do it. We travel this way about twice a year for visiting relatives, and we always start and end our stay in beautiful Oregon at the Medford My Place. The location is perfect for shopping, and the donut wagon sure doesn't hurt! We also enjoy walking our dog on the grounds, and there's the business park right there, very peaceful. The views are spectacular. This hotel has actually become sort of a destination - we usually stay a day extra just to shop at nearby stores. Thanks!

Move the donut wagon into the lobby and open it at 6am (just being facetious, we couldn't think of anything)

Close to Medford Airport, very clean and comfortable, almost half the price of the only hotel closer to the airport. They have a full size refrigerator, microwave, glass built-in, two burner cooktop, and a sink with plenty of counter space. If you chose a long term stay, it would be possible to cook all of your meals in this small kitchen. Because of the impracticality of trying to outfit an entire hotel, and the probability of theft, you would need to bring your own cookware, dishes, and utensils to fill their ample drawer and cupboard space. With all of that, you could live quite comfortably at My Place. They do not have a shuttle-in nice weather you may choose to walk the .44 miles to the terminal (be aware, there are two sizable gaps in the sidewalk in undeveloped lots)-but My Place hires a cab to take you the distance and ours-because of heavy rain-was outside the door at 4:15AM to whisk us the half mile distance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and there 24 hours.

I can’t think of a thing other than watching Michigan beat Washington-and that certainly wasn’t the fault of My Place, but I can tell you the TV worked well.

The room is great, clean, beds very comfortable. Smooth checking, friendly staff. Good price keeps us coming back. We stay here several times a year.

Outside grounds, especially sidewalks into hotel, need more attention - it looks like whoever mows the lawns is rolling the mower onto the pavement and not washing sidewalks. A real concern at a dog friendly hotel! When we left we noticed it had migrated all the way to the elevator.
