The modern decor, cleanliness, atmosphere, dog friendly throughout facility. The fact the tv worked great with one remote. The proximity to restaurants was a plus as well at “somewhere that’s green” and the Green Cabaret Theatee. We went there to see a show!

There were absolutely no negatives.

REALLY GOOD CREAMED BEEF OVER BISCUITS. THIS WAS THE ONLY PLACE THAT HAD THIS AS PART OF IT FREE BREAKFAST MENU ALONG WITH THE TRADITIONAL EGGS, SAUSAGES, BISCUITS, CEREALS, COFFEE, ETC. THIS WAS THE DEAL BREAKER FOR MYSELF AND SPOUSE. CAME AS A TOTAL SURPRISE. IT WAS WELL MADE.. ROOM WAS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN. BED WAS COMFORTABLE. AIR/HEAT PUMP UNIT WAS NOT NOISY WHERE I COULD NOT SLEEP. I AM A LIGHT SLEEP EASILY AWAKEN BY LOUD NOISES. NO HOMELESS PERSONS HANGING AROUND EITHER NOR DRUG DEALERS. I AND WIFE FELT SAFE. AMPLE PARKING. SECURITY GUARDS PATROL PARKING AREAS. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

DID NOT FOCUS ON IM-PERFECTIONS BUT BASIC NEEDS -

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect being close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Last year I had to spend a month there while a family member was being treated at the Rogue Valley Medical Center. I felt safe being there alone and the staff helped me know the area.

THe room was roomy and the bed very comfortable. I've stayed here a couple times before as they allow pets. Although their pet fee was $15 a couple years ago and now is it $25 which I think is a bit steep.

The carpets were dirty. My dogs spent most of their time sniffing the carpets so I could tell that other dogs had apparently peed, many times, on the carpets. Therefore, the carpets had not been cleaned, at least recently. This did not happen on my other visits. One of my dogs is a former K9 Narcotics dog so if she alerts on multiple scent spots on the carpets I trust her nose. I know carpets can't be cleaned after each pet visit, but I have to wonder what my $25 pet fee is going for if not to deep clean the room after pets have visited. I greatly prefer rooms without carpeting for this reason. Carpets are just nasty IMO. Hard flooring is more sanitary and much easier to keep clean.

Plenty of parking for my truck and trailer. Rooms were cleaning and breakfast was good. A little bit of change in breakfast options would be great but for the price it is still an amazing choice.

The room was clean and cool during 95 degrees weather. The pool was clean and excellent for swimming. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold food and we were very happy with the selection. Definitely staying here again.

Our stay was comfortable. The room was clean, the fridge was turned on and cold when we got in. Also the air conditioner The bed was also comfortable. We stayed one night and would stay again. The breakfast was ok nothing special

The whole experience was good

The staff were very friendly and the property and room were very clean.

The breakfast was fair. The eggs were ok but I didn't like the sausage. I prefer browned sausage links or patties (not steamed).

I liked the breakfast in the morning. It helped get me started with my day. The room was spacious and clean. This was the 2nd time I have stayed at the location while visiting Medford. I will stay there again.

The room was very clean, smelled pleasant, and the AC was on which was a perfect relief from the hot day. I only wish I could have stayed long enough to experience the breakfast and pool!
