Staff! In particular, Deja. No plug-in near the bed needing a foot warmer, so Deja checked-out an extension cord, which we returned. Room was clean and appreciated a strong fan in bathroom. LOVED the shower head! Didn’t have to run around the tub to get wet. As we were there for work on affordable housing, took note of some pleasant design elements of the room. Specifically the uniform furniture in front of room, and the two kinds of blinds: Black-out (which worked better than most), and screen. The mattresses were very comfy with the bedding. Great breakfast offerings. Would have preferred biscuits/gravy every day, but… Liked bathroom dispensers for soap, conditioner, lotion; environmentally friendly. Though we didn’t use it, appreciated a safe in the closet. We worked very hard the five days in Medford and Holiday Inn provided home comforts for us to recover well for the next day.

USB ports for charging didn’t seem to work. Light in coffee/microwave cubby would be helpful.

Front desk supervisor went above and beyond to sort out a booking.com issue in making sure we were not double charged by their mistake. Issue was resolved and we got a room much less than what the online service offered. Cant thank her enough after a long days drive. Breakfast was really good.

The rooms are updated, clean, and spacious. The facility was clean and we loved the modern design is everything.

My only complaint is that we had a pull out couch in our room but didn't have any blankets for it. We also felt a little uneasy with where we had to park but we aren't familiar with the area so we didn't know if our concern was really valid. We just saw some questionable stuff going on along the street in front of the hotel.

This place was clean, the staff were quick and efficient, breakfast was super delicious and plentiful. After such a long trip, this place did not disappoint. The shower was heavenly. We ate our dinner at the hotel in our room and were so happy for the reprieve from the road. We will definitely use again if needed.

The power flickered during the early evening and afterward, there was an alarm going off next door all night long. Despite this annoyance, this was no fault of the hotel.

Great location, decent breakfast, friendly staff. The beds were comfortable (but very firm) and the king suite was a great size for a family of 4.

The only issues we had were relatively small. The shower door keep sticking making it hard to close or open, the toilet paper holder was loose so the TP kept falling off. And the toilet overflowed once. But the staff was quick to assist us.

If you arrive late there are tons of semi trucks parked all along the street making it difficult to get to the hotel. We were blocked for a good 5 minutes waiting for one to find somewhere to park for the night (blocking the entire road while doing it). Not the hotel’s fault, but we’ve stayed here multiple times and encountered this each time, since we usually get in around 11pm.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was quiet. There is plenty of room for luggage. It was close to the people I was visiting in Central Point and had easy access to I-5 and the airport. They offer a full breakfast, including some healthy choices.

The coffee pot was in an awkward position, especially for a shorter person, but I just moved it to lower location before use. It would be nice to have another comfy chair in the room.

Breakfast was very good, well cooked and the staff was great. Food was always full and prepared well. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Located near food and freeway.

The hot tub and pool area was not great. The hot tub had a green colored muck around the outside of it where you put your hands/arms and the inside of the hot tub was a very dark green color and it was way too hot. Also, the door locks were frustrating as they rarely opened on the first try, had to get a new key and then that did not work either at times.

The breakfast is amazing. They serve cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, and a variety of items. Coffee/tea is available all day long. I loved it. The room and lobby were very clean, and the staff are friendly. We couldn't hear any guests on either side of us, so the sound proofing is great. Overall, it's a pretty nice hotel.

The pool and hot tub are located in an enclosed room with no ventilation. We had to prop the door open to get some fresh air because the chlorine smell was too strong. It's good for a quick soak in the hot tub, but not the most enjoyable experience.
