I very much appreciated the front desk person when we checked in. My husband and I had to make an emergency trip to ER because of a fall at a market. We hadn't checked in and it was around 8:00 pm. I called and the front desk person assured me that the room would be there when we arrived. Luckily, we were at ER for only 2 more hours. We checked into the Best Western around 10:00 pm. The room was ready and waiting!

Probably the location, but that can't be helped. I also find the price a little high.

Location is perfect for the event we attended--just a couple of miles down the road. Last time we were here there was no breakfast (covid)--now breakfast is good! Decent bed, and the AC unit was quiet.

Located at the intersection of 2 highways--the truck traffic can get a bit noisy. We were on the top floor in a corner, wi-fi dropped out a couple of times.

We liked the room we stayed in and the breakfast was good. The staff was accomodating and pleasant.

We were very surprised and disapointed when we arrived an hour and a half early and were told that we could check in, but there would be and extra $25 check in early charge. You have a sign that says something like, "Come as a guest and leave like family." We can't imagine charging family to show up early. The mattress is about due for replacement.

I liked everything except the breakfast food. And we needed an ice machine on 2nd floor!! Staff was wonderful, so friendly. Breakfast area was kept so clean, as were the rooms.

The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast excellent with good protein choices. An excellent way to start your day down the road.

The lighting at the mirror could be better. Overhead lighting is terrible for make up application.

Had a large corner room with a lovely view and strong air conditioning! It's the same breakfast you'll see at most Best Westerns, with powdered eggs, little sausages, and make your own waffles — but there's real milk to put in your coffee. There are fast food and other restaurants within walking distance and a Grocery Outlet if you need to do a little provisioning.

Breakfast area appeared to be short staffed at times. A lot of items were out and not kept tidy.

Loved how the front desk personnel remembered my name. And texted me when the room was ready.

Wish we I knew we wouldn't get new towels unless we were staying for more than 3 days. Due to a COVID policy.

there was a small bit of black stuff in the shower corner, the curtain was torn so trying to close it for the night was impossible

The pool was nice and warm and breakfast was pretty good. The beds were comfy too. The view of mountain couldn't have been better and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave.

The couch was not cleaned very well as there were wrappers for THC gummies in the couch. Otherwise. The room was pretty clean.
