I liked that the property is located on a golf course that has nice views in all directions. It was a nice quiet property. The Talon Grill, which is a short walk from the Chalets, was a good place to eat.

We initially informed the property we would arrive between 4 and 5 PM but ended up on track to arrive a little after 3PM. I called to ask if early check in was possible and they said yes but it would be $30 to check in early since we didn’t book directly through the property. I think that is a bit ridiculous but my wife wasn’t feeling well so I ended up paying the fee rather than driving around for 50 minutes to avoid the fee.

Nice modern room right on the golf course. The room had a good frig, but no microwave. Great parking. Staff was very helpful and answered many questions. Breakfast nearby was great. It was so good we stayed two extra nights. Restaurant was also good and very helpful staff. Golf course was really nice and good twilight rate tee times.

Missed not having a microwave and ice machine. Restaurant hours were very limited.

The chalet accommodation was very nice, just be aware that it is essentially a spacious hotel room in a building with 3 other suites, not a private chalet. This did not hinder our stay in any way. The room and fixtures were beautiful.

We loved that the rooms are overlooking the golf course. Beautifully kept and super clean rooms, comfy king bed. The on site restaurant, called the Talon, has excellent food. The entire staff were friendly and bar staff provided lots of laughs. Hi Amanda! We stayed there after a Crater Lake day hike...Big bang for your buck. Eagle Point...who knew.

The room (cottage) was a good size with a small balcony. It's kind of out of the way, but there is a restaurant on site and another one just down the road. Within a couple of miles there is a Starbucks, fast food, a couple of laundromats, grocery stores, more restaurants, etc.

Everything about the room inside the Chalets overlooking the golf course met or was above our expectations. Great setup with a separate bedroom and living room. Bathroom was great, best shower in a long time. The only thing that might have improved our stay might have been floor heating or a heat lamp in the bathroom.

Part of the attraction for reserving this hotel room was the restaurant on site with good reviews. The meal was one of the worst in years. First of all, both the recommended ribeye steak and the chicken marsala were way too salty. Both plates had undercooked vegetables. Chicken marsala was tough and the sauce was not a marsala sauce. The ribeye steak ordered medium rare was black/blue discolored for about 40% on one side, the sauce raunchy. The server was asked to relay our objections to the food to the kitchen. No replacement or refund was offered, the server only apologized that we did not like the food. Safe to say that we decided to leave then and also decided not to come back for breakfast the next morning.

A well presented, comfortable, clean, large room with balcony overlooking golf course - lovely peaceful surroundings/quiet accommodation. There's a communal firepit where you can sit in the evening & an onsite restaurant and bar open until 8pm - food was tasty.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property! It is brand new and super clean! We even observed the solar eclipse from our balcony. The free water and snacks were an unexpected bonus!

Our room had a beautiful view of the golf course, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The location of the resort is perfect, and it's located close to shopping, restaurants and many places of interest to visit.

The living room was very small and the TV was mounted up close to the ceiling which made it very difficult to view properly. Our biggest complaint is that the counter in the living room was exceptionally small so it was almost impossible to prepare a little breakfast or lunch if we wanted to eat in, and there is no table or chair. We like to eat out each day but not for all meals.

The rooms were well appointed and immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a restaurant across the parking lot, The Talon, that served amazing food and drinks. Great service too.
