Updated room. Extremely comfortable bed. Great pool.

The young couple who own the motel are very nice. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier with the older couple and they seemed to take offense. That was stressful. I really wish that the pool stayed open later than 8 PM in the summer. It was still light and very hot when we had to get out. That was a big disappointment since we were only there for one night and had spent the extra money to be at a place with a pool.

the beds were so comfortable I loved that there was hand/body cream and very good coffee in the room. quiet location I liked that the your car is parked paralled to the room so you do n0t get anyone elses headlights into your room I also loved the recomendations we got from the man at the front desk

the powder creamer. little personal liquid containers of half and half would be so much better

Clean and comfortable room. We were able to park right in front of our door, which made loading and unloading a breeze. The location is very central. Communication with the property beforehand was also easy.

We booked a suite so we would have a separate space for our baby to sleep. However, there was no door between the bedroom space and the living space, which meant we still needed to keep the whole unit dark and quiet while she slept.

Basic 60s style motel with rooms opening to parking lot. Rooms are basic but adequately equipped and hace recently been nicely refurbished. Rooms are clean. Property appears to be run by a family couple.

Noisy AC, though no worse than many more expensive rooms. Bare parking lot, very hot in summer.

The previous motel has been completely rehabilitated and improved on! Modern rooms and furniture, comfortable bed. The pool has been renovated and new patio furniture. Very close to Southern Oregon University.

It is about 1.3 miles to downtown Ashland, near the shopping and theaters, so a car is probably needed.

Room was very comfortable, clean and recently updated. Great bed, slept very well that night. Property was quiet and located perfectly for our needs. Front desk person was very friendly and kind. No breakfast or ice machine, as advertised, no surprises though, as that was communicated by the motel. Nice soap, lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.

Comfortable, exceptionally clean and excellent value for the money. Room / building was recently and tastefully renovated. White linens and bedding were clean, comfortable and plentiful. Slept well. Difficult to find lodging that doesn’t have animal smells lingering behind so I loved that the room we booked was not pet friendly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location and value. The room was redone and very nice. The king size bed was quality and comfortable. Only complaint was couldn’t figure out how to easily search channels and find the menu on the TV. Maybe some instructions for the TV should be in the rooms. Would stay there again!:)

What breakfast? Did I miss that? Loved the walking distance to a couple eateries. Nice shower, fridge, bed. Nice to have hangers.

Thumping noises late at night from other rooms, I’m guessing. Internet connection too slow at times. Couldn’t get tv to turn on with remote.

Staff was helpful and went to great lengths to accommodate us. We had a medical issue that got us arriving in Ashland late into the night, past office hours. We communicated with the property and they worked with us. Quiet place. Also loved that it’s next to one of my favorite breakfast places. Just a short walk. I always eat here when in Ashland.
