Breakfast selections exceeded expectations. Pets are allowed; we brought our one dog!

The next door room had a dog that was left ALONE (which was contrary to the contract we signed) and kept barking and barking when we were entering and getting settled in. I reported to the receptionist who said she would go upstairs and check. When we came back from dinner, I saw their young daughter and mom entering the room next door. The dog was relatively quiet after that. I also saw dog poop on the sidewalk and picked it up with my own doggie bag. There should be signs asking people to pick up after their pets.

Close proximity to restaurants and businesses that I prefer. Cleanliness was on point. Complimentary toothbrush as we forgot to pack that essential.

Only one chair in room to share between two people trying to eat together. This used to be unheard of at this class of motel. I passed on breakfast since shared community buffet style arrangements are literally the number one cause of food borne illness...other establishments mitigate this by having a single server portioning out the eggs and such to customers. I expected to see more seating arrangements in the room as I have in the past at other locations. If I was staying more than one night I would most likely choose another location with more room comfort.

Great location just off I5 near a gas station, lots of shops, restaurants and a Walmart. The room was spacious and clean with a wonderfully comfortable bed and sofa, 2 giant TVs, a luxury bathroom with a large shower. The breakfast was good including hot items. I'd definitely stay here again.

I wish hotels would provide adequate towel rails. Why is this so often an issue in an industry that encourages multiple use of towels?

We loved our stay. It was halfway from our home to our destination. It is very convenient; close to food, gas, and the freeway. The customer service agents were friendly, professional, and patient with this weary traveler. A mix-up with my reservation was daunting, but we were placed in another room with the assurance that I would not be charged for the original booking. That is where things went slightly awry. Both the hotel and Booking.com assured me I would not be charged for my original booking, but that is not what has happened. All in all, I am sure we will stay here again if we travel this year or next.

We liked and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Close proximity to food, gas, shopping, and the freeway. Highly recommend staying here if traveling to the Pacific Northwest and beyond. There was not anything we did not like about our stay.

Breakfast was just okay. Nothing stood out about it. Coffee options were only bold or decaf…no medium roast or mild roast available. Facilities were excellent as was the staff. Location wasn’t bad at all. Close to the highway and a number of restaurants in walking distance.

Breakfast was better than most. Rooms were clean and updated. There was a mix up with payment and I was charged twice but it was taken care of within a few days.

The payment mix up could’ve really been a problem for some travelers on a set budget but it wasn’t an issue in our case. An extra 380.000 being held up is not insignificant.

Pleasantly surprised by how new and clean everything was. The staff was very kind and check in and out was super smooth. I even left my car insurance card on the counter during check in and they save the card for me when I went to check. I didn’t eat breakfast but it looked amazing!!

Mini fridge could have had a small freezer section to refreeze cold packs. Beds were too soft for those of us with bad backs. Without firmer mattress choices we wouldn't be able to stay there again , unfortunately because we liked almost everything else about the place.

Everything is as great. Very clean and pleasant. Close to a lot of restaurant choices and a gas station.

The only thing that could have been better is the shower. It’s very high to change settings and the only option seemed to be jets or so wide and light that you could stand within the spray and not get wet.

Good selection, I liked the egg bites. It was clean and restated frequently.

Not your fault. We booked through booking .com and a third company protect. Inc put a $70.00 fee on our bill. We were not given a chance to accept it or reject it. Beware when you book with a booking company
