It was a great location and perfect for my trip. I did not do any cooking but used the fridge, toaster and microwave to prepare breakfasts and lunches and ate out for dinner each day (to help keep costs down!). The room is a little tired and could do with modernising, but the apartment was perfect, clean and functional, and the bed was super comfortable for me. There was an AC, a separate chair for me to sit on and a small table. The shower and bathroom was fine. Hot water whenever I showered, although it could take some time to come through. The courtyard is very pretty as you come in, easy to use lift and you feel safe (locked gate and lift). You can also use the 'gym' in the attached hotel, although this is only a very small room with a few weights, a treadmill and a step/crosstrainer with some mats, but fine for a few days. To check in you go to the Marks Spencer Hotel around the corner, the staff were really nice and friendly. Also very nice restaurants all within 5 minutes walking!

Some of the utensils and crockery in the kitchen were not cleaned and still had bits of food etc on them. It could do with a little bit of updating but still a great stay and perfect for my trip.

I like that it had a full kitchen fridge the bathroom and oven. It was really nice bed and the hotel staff was very good when they dealt with any issues or circuit certain circumstances that could’ve been a problem for most people and I would definitely highly recommend it and go back great place. I’m gonna stay there again.

The only thing that could possibly be a little bit that I didn’t like it was maybe the fact that you have to go around to the other hotel to check in and get help and there’s no exact Thruway, so outside around the block with luggage but no biggie. It’s not something that would detour me in the future.

I loved staying here. I booked a one room one bed. And they provide everything for you in your little studio. Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, utensils and they even provide a dish rack and dish soap. It was like at home away from home. It made me and my husband feel like we lived in Porland!

The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom vanity light didn't work. I didnt let staff know cause it wasn't a huge deal just a little dim so it was fine. Also check in was a bit weird. You have to check in at the Mark Spencer Hotel and then walk around the corner to the gate to the hotel BUT the staff were great and so wonderful it didn't really matter much!

This was a great stay for us. The area is very nice with lots of restaurants etc near by. Laundry available in the building and reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was good with enough equipment for cooking. Good sized room. Complementary shampoo etc was in wall mounted pumps rather than small bottles, we appreciated the environmentally conscious approach.

Shower pressure wasn't great but it did the job. Fridge a bit loud at night and blinds meant it got light in the room quite early in the morning. But for the price of the place, not a big deal for us.

The set up of the room made it a nice place to meet with the people we needed to - good sized table and chairs along with another small plush chair. The small kitchen was also a plus. The location was close to our business and the private secure entrance worked perfectly to meet with the client. This place is wheelchair accessible and that is what was needed.

No fan in the shower/bathroom made the fire alarm go off when opening the door to get air. The key cards were not reliable.

Great location, comfortable bed, kitchenette, quiet, and very good security. The staff were very friendly.

Could do with a tray for the oven, a full compliment of cutlery, as well as bigger plates. The room was very warm despite a fan. It would be very hot if the weather was warmer.

poor water drainage and only lukewarm water in bathroom sink. Three washcloths for seven day stay were inadequate. ceiling fan only available when ceiling lights were on, though I was able to remove the lightbulbs during my stay by standing on a chair. I am not a fan of high beds, difficult for elderly to get into and out of safely. Noisy garbage pickup on 12th St. at 6 AM on Sunday morning. very friendly, helpful staff. The garden entrance was pleasant, easy to access and felt secure. Good internet connection and television reception. I appreciated discounted parking for my hybrid vehicle.

Enjoyed this little place in downtown. Felt safe there, it was clean and kitchen had decent dishes and utensils. Location was great and checkin in nearby hotel wasn't issue at all. All went well despite late checkin and early check out. Thank you, would stay again.

Location in the city was great. Good lighting in the space and bare necessities.

It was loud outside the window due to hearing other air conditioners. It was a portable air conditioner that worked well but was connected to an outside motor or something so there was a constant sound outside.

Booking.com sent me to an apartment blg. The actual hotel is in a different location w A DIFFERENT NAME: it was actually at the Mark Spencer Hotel which was awesome HOWEVER very frustrating to find where I was sposed to go and I had to WALK and I'm from another state!!! And I had luggage and a srvc animal!!

The miscommunication between you and hotel
