Beautiful facility and room! The staff not only provided great customer service but they were friendly. I had some issues...not caused by the hotel...but by a service I used in making my reservation/payment. The staff was so patient and helpful in figuring it all out. They were professional but also personable with a great sense of humor!

The bed pillows and bed were a little hard. I always bring my own pillow and the bed didn't prevent me from sleeping. I will echo other reviews about the breakfast. It was lacking in options. My 9 year old grandson even said "I was looking forward to sausages!" Lol The first day, the biscuits were hard. The second day they were fine. It was nice that they serve until 10am. Some hotels only serve until 9.

We traveled up to Oregon from Berkeley and stayed at several hotels along the way—but this one was my favorite. The room was just right: cozy, clean, and well-equipped. We especially loved the large jetted bathtub—it was a great way to relax after a long day. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, including a full fridge and stove, and the in-room coffee was surprisingly delicious. The fireplace added a warm, charming touch, and while the deck didn’t offer the best view, it was still nice to have that extra outdoor space. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic—perfect for both relaxing and spending quality time with the family. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay. We’d definitely come back.

The complimentary breakfast was a bit underwhelming. It included cereal, packet oatmeal, yogurt, and biscuits with gravy, along with juice and coffee. None of it was particularly healthy, and the options felt pretty limited overall. The one highlight was the fresh oranges—a small but appreciated touch of freshness.

I just think it's kind of sad it's really easy for a hotel to buy a waffle iron and waffle mix that's a pretty easy one the biscuits and gravy were disgusting you hope you all ran out of food regularly and they didn't replenish it and you all knew you were going to be very busy this weekend because it was the holidays and that entire free breakfast was terrible because there wasn't enough of food in the food items you all offered or not good just bad food items it's a good idea for y'all to do is to buy a wall for iron a couple of waffle irons and get waffle mix it's a lot better than biscuits and gravy

The REAL question should be: "What were we NOT completely blown away about!?! Our stay here started out as just an "overnighter"!! But as soon as we saw the room and everything that was included, we immediately went to the front desk AND extended for an extra day!!! This hotel/ suites is by far the most outstanding comfort/value in this continent!!!!

THERE'S NOT MUCH OF ANYTHING THAT WE DIDN'T LIKE!! We will GLADLY refer this hotel/suites to anyone!!!! IF there is ONE thing that COULD BE changed, or corrected, it would be their breakfast. It definitely was not at the same level as the rest of the facility. But that is a minor issue compared to everything else, especially since there is a complete kitchen in every room - so you can actually prepare your own breakfast!!!!!

Room was outstanding! Jetted bathtub, comfy bed, washer and dryer, and I loved how it offered the toilet and shower in a separate room than the sink area. Big bonus for families! Great size room! Very impressed. This is by far our #1 spot to stay from now on. Staff was amazing helping us with small things we forgot or didn't have enough of. Like forks, plates, ect, as we cooked in the room as a family.

Some utensils were broken/ missing BUT the front desk was absolutely amazing at getting us what we needed and replacing the items.

The room was fabulous. Super comfortable bed, fireplace, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, standard sized refrigerator. The best part was the washer and dryer in the room (complimentary laundry pods at the front desk!). We were able to get all of our laundry done before we got home, so we finished our vacation with a suitcase full of clean clothes, ready to be put away when we got home. That was an amazing feeling! The rooftop patio had a nice view and would be great in warmer weather, just don't lean on the railings!!! The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the beach. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the aquarium. Very good location.

The breakfast was a joke. The lady at check in said that it was a "full breakfast". When I think of a full breakfast, I think of hot items. No. It was cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, dry muffins, and bagels. There was only one toaster, so everyone was standing around waiting their turn at it. But, when we stay again, we can just utilize the kitchen in our room and make a quick breakfast in there. I found it extremely odd and kind of inconvenient that the pool doesn't open until 9am and closes at 9pm. The fitness center was the same, opened late and closed early, but I have no intentions of using that so no big deal. Hahahaha!

Huge, clean, great beds, fans, jet bathtub, two bathrooms, fireplace, fridge, balcony, microwave. Two bedrooms a sitting area and pull out couch. Downstairs had games and a very nice indoor and outdoor sitting area with letting lights and covering on the water. Great little shop for food and small gifts. Nice clean looking pool and jacuzzi. Staff amazing.

The breakfast was good, but no eggs, pancakes, or bacon. It was more cereal, muffins, but the freshly squeezed orange juice and staff were great.

Location was great! Beautiful river views and close to beach and shopping. Staff were very helpful, continental breakfast provided, and indoor pool/hot tub on site. Comfortable beds, jacuzzi tub, two bathrooms, full kitchen, fireplace, and balcony were enjoyed amenities! Our family of 6 felt very comfortable and safe.

The queen bedroom did not have a TV in it and the king room had a very small one. The windows only open a part way, for safety I am assuming, but it is an extremely small opening. They have one elevator and it runs fairly slow, so it can take some time to check in or out.

We love rivertide suites! -The staff is always kind and respectful. -The AC worked well for a warm weekend on the coast. -The birds nest atop the hotel was open to watch the fire works on the 4th. -perfect water temperatures (sometimes hotels don’t have hot enough water for showers). -jetted tubes -love that most rooms have balcony’s -extra bathrooms in the lobbies -the bar and office rooms available if needed -access to vending machines -hotel is close to main strip but far enough to avoid masses of people during holiday weekends -tv is mounted and on a swivel for easy adjusting -washer and dryer -rooms have kitchenette

-elevator needs to be serviced. Can use the stairs but when carrying luggage you’ll be waiting a while for elevator if making multiple trips. -didn’t see a gym? Gym was advertised via booking listing. -bed is too firm for my personal liking. But some may love it. -stairwells and hallway carpets have a “wet” smell and need to be steamed cleaned soon. Probably due to pool frequenters

We arrived almost 2 hours early and they were SOO accommodating, having a room ready for us and even receiving a complimentary room upgrade. The staff were beyond friendly and helped whenever we needed it and also entertained our 7 yr old everytime we were in the lobby which was quite a joy. Gym facilities were just enough to keep a moderate workout schedule going which was nice. Pool was great to have! And the continental breakfast was pleasant. Everything bagels ftw

Not much to dislike, I had enough of everything every time I needed it or they accommodated it quickly. Pool closed 1 hour early on the last night of our stay which was a bummer cause we enjoyed our night swim
