Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Nice location within Seaside. Friendly staff for the most part. Thankful they called when they found item I had left behind.

Hot tub in desperate need of cleaning - green film all over floor. Washing machine was expensive and broken TWO separate times during week long stay, ended up going to get quarters elsewhere and came back to broken washer, so now I have $15 in random quarters for no reason. TV almost never worked to watch - relied heavily on DVDs at night time. Elevator was nothing short of terrifying. Definitely not worth what I paid for the week. Could have stayed at a nicer hotel for a negligible cost difference.

Loved the activities of playground, fire pit, game room and pool. Good options for the kids and they had a wonderful time. Cookies were also a great treat to look forward to.

A little disappointed Sat night when exactly as the clock struck 9:00 the employee on duty was kicking a family out of the game room. With the pool open until 10:00, maybe consider the same for the game room, or be a little flexible on the time if there isn't undo commotion or a mess being made.

Amazing! We are a family of four with a seven-year-old and a four-year-old, and we came to Seaside for the weekend. I was so impressed with this hotel! Check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly. While I didn’t have much interaction with the staff beyond that, they were always present, and I frequently saw them cleaning various common areas. The hotel has four floors, and we stayed on the third floor in a King river-view room — it was wonderful. There was a pull-out couch for the kids, which worked great. The room was clean, the King bed was very comfortable, and the towels were soft. I had read some mixed reviews about the breakfast, but my husband and I were really pleased with all the options. It’s more of a continental breakfast, offering a waffle machine, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, and more. My kids (and honestly, myself too!) would tell you that one of their favorite parts was the fresh-baked cookies in the lobby in the afternoon/evening. They also loved the on-site playground and, of course, the pool. The location is PERFECT! We didn’t have to drive anywhere. We walked one block over to Broadway Street, where all the food and action are, and we easily walked to the beach and the aquarium. We also appreciated the later check-out time at this hotel. Hands down, I would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful family memories!

I don't have anything we didn't like. If I could suggest something, it would be stools in the bathroom. Not everyone has kids, but it was challenging for my kiddos to reach the faucet handles, and we had to turn the water on for them each time they used the bathroom.

Location and the room was nice.

The staff and breakfast. One staff member we hadn't even seen once gave us another room key, after, we realized he didn't ask our names or check the computer for anything.... that raised a little safety concern... then there was the guy doing breakfast....... wow, not friendly at all, and whoever the lady is that comes in to help him get breakfast ready was something else too..... coffee was not ready, sausage gravy was put in to the heating unit, completely cold so that wasn't ready either and probably not too safe. Nice place to stay, but the staff really needs some coaching.

I love that there’s a playground outside for the kids and seating! I love how close it is to the beach honestly such a good location walking distance to pretty much everything!

Honestly, for the price point, I’d say it was really nice. Two nights for $400 with breakfast Wi-Fi movies games, pool hot tub outside play area for the kids the location it’s pretty worth it and the staff is friendly. The people at the front desk are super nice so like I said for the price point, you get what you pay for.

Location was perfect - easy 5 ish block walk to the beach (totally doable for our four and six year olds while we carried chairs, toys, beach bag…). The arcade/bumper cars/Doogers/swan boats/etc felt even closer. (But also great to be a block or two out of the crowds) Hotel was clean, room was spacious (river side suite with the kitchenette). Staff was friendly, helpful.

Breakfast was okay - bagels, cereal, waffle maker, etc. Cold hard boiled eggs and string cheese, but no scrambled eggs/sausage/etc.

Back in March, on a whim, my husband and I chose to take a little overnight trip, and we chose River Inn. Our first experience at the hotel was so nice we chose to come back to celebrate our anniversary trip. When we booked through booking.com, we had let the hotel know it was our anniversary not really sure if anything was going to happen, but I figured I'd mention it. When we checked in it was the same nice gentleman at the front as it was in March. I happened to mention how much I loved the cookies they serve in the lobby after 4 and one of the guys in the front told me what brand they were. So we make our way up to our room and they had set out some candy, a card and towels in a heart swan on our bed for us 🥹. That little gesture was so absolutely nice. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub later that evening which was pleasant and relaxing. The next day we went on a hike and when we came back the front desk guys gave me a print out of the cookies so I got the right ones like that was beyond nice of him to do that. Enjoyed the hot tub again for a little while after the hike and swan paddle boats we definitely needed that soak. The hot water and pressure in the shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Tv picture was crisp Free cookies 10 out of 10 We absolutely will be repeat customers.

The mini fridge did not keep our stuff cold and the pillows were too soft but that's a personal preference.

We are repeat guest at this facility. Usually visiting 4 or 5 times a year. We are always treated well when we visit! The staff are professional while seeking to meet our needs/requests.

We missed a couple of items we were used to finding in our room. I admit , I enjoy the taffy even if it isn’t on my diet plan. I enjoy having a pen and note pad in our room as we make reservations for meals and activities. Also, the chance to visit in the lobby in the evening with other guest as well as staff was missed by several of us who visited over breakfast.

It was a beautiful location. We got to see the beach from our room. The coffee cups for sale were amazing. The convenience of taking my dogs with me. My sister loved the pool. They were central to where we had to go. It was nice they had movies and books. Staff was friendly. They had a dog welcoming basket and dishes for them. They even had poop bags.

The breakfast wasn’t very nutritious and didn’t have variety. Not being able to get more pillows.

Love this hotel, our room smelled so clean floors and everything just super clean. Fresh cookies I. The lobby were amazing, bon fire area clean and quiet. Slept with our window open and the breeze off the river kept us perfectly comfortable. ac worked but just never needed to turn it on. Pool and hot tub clean and not over crowded. Free breakfast was waffles, muffins, biscuit and gravy, yogurt, coffee, 4 kinds of juice, cereal, hard boiled eggs and more, Play area for kids was clean and entertaining.
