Other than not having our favorite cinnamon coffee cake anymore., it was OK. Pool and hottub were awesome.

Not having our favorite coffee cake!!!!! Also, tv was having issues, ever time we wanted to watch TV, we would have No Signal flash across the screen. So had to call for the maintenance man to take care of it. After the 3rd time, we gave up. Went without tv. Was unacceptable, not being able to keep up on the news was a not a good thing. Among other things. The maintenance man was very nice about it but I'm sure he wasn't real excited after the 3rd time. Can't blame him. Also, the building is definitely showing its age. Outside is losing its siding. . Rooms were OK though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as well when we had no idea how to turn on the shower (which had pretty great water pressure.) The pool and jacuzzi were definitely a highlight of our stay, especially because we never had time to actually go near the ocean. Towels being supplied near the pool was also a very good move. Grab and go breakfast was good as well, especially if you're in a hurry to get out of the hotel to go have fun.

My only gripe is the lack of AC because i'm more susceptible to heat than most, but thankfully the room cooled down quite a bit at night with the window open to let the ocean air in. (Sorry if you get a room with no windows.) My partner didn't like the bedding because it felt kind of scratchy and stiff, but personally i didn't mind.

Location right on the promenade was very nice and access to the beach right across the street. We loved the pool and hot tub, the pool was so warm it felt so nice. We enjoyed breakfast, especially that there were gluten and dairy free options. The shower pressure in the room was amazing!

Our bed was a little on the stiff side, although my daughter's bed seemed softer so maybe I should've just switched with her! It may not even feel like too hard of a bed to most people but I have a very sensitive back and woke up with worse pain than usual. Other than that, no complaints on this hotel!

The pool was so warm and the hot tub was also a great temperature. Stayed in a beachfront King Suite and the room was spacious and the fireplace kept us warm on the cool nights. The bed was also very comfortable. I booked last minute and they were able to accommodate us with our dog. Very dog friendly saw many other pets there too. I loved that the property overlooks the dunes that have really nice trails and wildflowers and wildlife. It was really awesome waking up and having a nice nature walk right to the beach. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Good cereal and milk, and my favorite cinnamon toast with butter. Also good OJ, fruit, yogurt and some prepackaged hard boiled eggs. Was nice we could just eat something before heading out for the morning to the beach or a hike.

Hotel WiFi didn’t work very well for streaming movies, but they do have DVDs in the lobby to borrow.

Loved the location, staff, pool and hot tub, vibe all around was chill and people were there to enjoy their stay. Also the fact that they allow dogs and there’s not 500 different rules around that was very refreshing! Our dogs were so comfy, it was like being at home. Also there was a kitchenette in our room which made having the dogs with us that much easier as well as just being able to grab some items from the store and keep them cold, etc

The bed was a little on the firm side which could be uncomfortable and the fireplace would have been awesome but it wasn’t working 🙁

This hotel exceeded our expectations. There was a hot tub as well as the pool. Breakfast bar was included and had plenty of choice. 6pm each evening homemade cookies were available in reception for clients. The room was spacious and we loved the fireplace. The small kitchenette was ideal. Cable tv with Netflix etc. The room we had was right opposite the ocean with a balcony. Staff were so helpful and friendly I would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good, decent variety of things to chose from, fresh cookies each evening was nice, too. Location was excellent. Desk staff helpful and friendly.

Policy for cleaning up your room was to have staff check every three days unless you asked for more frequent cleaning, etc, but cleaning people still checked with us each day. I didn't like that there was no artwork on the walls, room was a bit plain and drab.

Loved the location and that there is an elevator for the second and third floor, as well as stairs. Beautiful view. Loved that I could bring my small dog. It's not a quiet place because of the walking path and other people's dogs barking nonstop, but it's great for people watching, and the view can not be beat. Easy access to the water.

Different chairs on balcony. I am not able to use the current ones out there and maybe another blanket.

This is a great place for the value. The location is on beach and close to everything you need (shopping, food, entertainment). But the staff is excellent. They are friendly and attentive. I have stayed here 2 years in a row, even the same room, same view, everything. We chose this place over higher end, higher priced hotels because the overall experience is always excellent without the high cost.

We had a very enjoyable weekend. The room was most comfortable and the view of the ocean was great. We loved the close proximity to the boardwalk, beach and the Broadway strip, where we had access to a wide array of restaurants and shops. Over-all, a very good and memorable experience.

The lighting in the room was quite poor and should be reevaluated.
