I really liked how much we saw the ocean for a partial view room. I also liked there was plenty of parking! Great pricing, we even got a fan in the room which made me happy. Also the soap they offer smelt amazing so I didn’t have to use my own. Great location where everything’s within 5 minute walking distance. Plus there’s a walking path to the beach from outside the hotel which was great!

I didn’t like how much you can hear outside the door and upstairs! Our neighbors upstairs kept us up 2 nights with constant stomping, slamming doors, talking loud. I was on the second floor which I won’t do again after this trip. I will do the top floor however and give it a try.

We where rushed to leave by housekeeping saying room where to go to other people coming in even though it was only 9:00 am and check out was not till 11

We stayed here for 3 days/2 nights for our 49th wedding anniversary. It was our first time here. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The veterans' discount was nice. There was also a free cookie in the office after 4 p.m. The room was clean and well-maintained. The gas fireplace was a surprise. Housecleaning came in on the second day and serviced the garbage cans and bathroom—something I haven't seen in many other motels. They were very polite and pleasant. The breakfast room was also a surprise. It wasn't just a bagel and cream cheese with warm coffee. This was a full breakfast—scrambled eggs, pancakes, big fat sausages, diced potatoes, cold cereal, milk, yogurt, bananas, apples, fruit juices (e.g., apple, orange, etc.), hard-boiled eggs, etc. The staff constantly monitored and maintained the dining area. The swimming pool area included a spa. Bottom line: We'll stay here again.

Only one thing needed service, and I mentioned it to the front desk. The sliding door lock didn't work. They told maintenance about it while I was in the office.

The check-in process was pleasant and the front desk attendant was kind, informative and detailed so there was no confusion. The hotel was much bigger than I expected, so the level of explanation she gave was so helpful! The room was cozy, including the fireplace. I didn't expect a whole mini-kitchenette, either, so I wish I would have known there was a stovetop so I could make a couple of meals. The hotel is close to the Seaside Aquarium and the beach. It was relaxing and fun.

There is no elevator to the rooms, and a couple of the stairs look a little like they're going to give out any minute near the third floor. Everything else was so nice!

The check-in process was easy, staff were very friendly, and the extra details like warm cookies offered in the lobby in the evening time and the included breakfast made our stay that much more enjoyable. And the location was within short walking distance to all the attractions in downtown Seaside.

The only things I would make mention of was some trim around the bathroom door in our room that was starting to come off and no Air Conditioning in the room. Not a big deal though. The Oregon coast is almost always cool enough that A/C isn't required and they did include a more than powerful fan for cooling down.

Fantastic and a great way to start a beautiful day. Jerry was our Mr. Wonderful. He was there to help you with whatever you needed. Opened the door for you so you wouldn't drop anything and he even gives the warmest hugs. He is a true gentleman and starts your day off with a smile 😊. The food and drinks were perfect. Eggs, potatoes, sausage,bagels pancakes, fruit, hard boiled eggs yogurt,coffee,tea OJ, Apple juice and cranberry juice. Absolutely delicious.

Wish they had whole milk or at least 2%. Didn't care for 1% milk with my fresh baked cookies at 6 pm everyday. Those cookies were warm and so delicious.

There was a lot we really liked about the Ebb Tide. It is not fancy, but it has a great view, it is located right next to the aquarium and it met all the needs of our family of four (two kids ages 4 and 6). They really enjoyed the pool and breakfast. I was especially impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the office staff.

We appreciated the pool, but it definitely could have been cleaner. We didn't love the beds, but we think that was more of our personal preference.

Altho the Ebb Tide has definitely been around a while, its a great place. All the staff, from front desk (both shifts), and even the gentleman managing the breakfast area, were SO Very pleasant and friendly. 6pm cookies were a bonus! Its older, but very comfortable. We paid for a King Room on 3d floor,, and let the windows stay open all night to listen to the ocean. It was nice to have a fan (helped air out the room a bit initially), and the taffy & large number of K-cups for tea and coffee was nice. It was also great to have a small cooler filled with gallon sized bags of ice on our floor. Very clean, lots of hot water & towels. Soap, shampoo dispenaers, and so forth in the bath as well.

We had to fix one of the screens with a bit of ingenuity, but overall very little to even mention.

Ocean view was exceptional and beach access wasn't bad. The breakfast was very good-lots of choices. Easy walking to restaurants and shopping. We really appreciated having windows on 2 walls, for the nice breeze, but also enjoyed the fireplace in the mornings. We had requested a fan for our room, which was great for "white noise", because our room was right on the promenade. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, great price and super dog Friendly. They did not charge extra for dogs which was nice. Wonderful view of the ocean and comfortable beds. Close to all of the attractions and restaurants. Not only did they not charge extra for dogs, a free breakfast was included in our price. It's not fancy, but very clean with amazing views of the ocean, that's all you need!

Did not bother us, but it's outdated if you are looking for updated boutique vibe. I loved everything so no complaints.
