Great rates if you're traveling on a budget. Rooms are clean & beds are comfortable. AMAZING location! 2 blocks from the beach, one block from restaurants, shopping, taverns etc. Cable tv, wifi, in room coffee, ice machine.

Their basic 1 bed rooms are pretty small. You check in at a different location about 4 minutes away (not a big deal imo) no vending machines. If you're a larger person avoid room 307, because of the room arrangement/furniture its a pretty tight squeeze to get into the bathroom. Fine for me & my toddler but a larger person might find it uncomfortable.

Price cleanliness location, perfect for couples or young single parents, my son and I stayed here for his 7th birthday, we shared a bed and hung out/ate on the bed because that is the size of the room. We were out exploring most of the time. Not even 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, aquarium, mall, arcade..... Great place

It's very small but again it's a warm, clean place to sleep with basic necessities We had to register and get the key from a different hotel, but it's a short very lovely walk on a nice day, and it's like a 2 minute drive, and you pass a bunch of cool places. NO BIG DEAL and the lady that helped check us in was very nice I'm grasping for straws it's a fantastic stay for certain people

Close to all shopping, beach and restaurants. Comfy room. The houseperson was very friendly, asked if we needed anything when he saw us. Check in was easy going.

Slight leak around bottom of sink. When making coffee and using microwave, kept turning off. Had to hold surgery strip button on to work them. Microwave was on a low shelf. Would have been handier on the counter. Would have been more comfortable if a couple of chairs were there instead of having to sit up on the bed for everything.

Location, Location, LOCATION!! We were able to walk to the main shopping strip, Broadway, the beach access was even closer. There is nothing better than a beach trip with little to no sand in your car.

There is no place like home. Especially for princess and the pea over here. The beds were comfortable to sit on. Our room was pretty clean but could use a spring cleaning. We had to move the beds and night stand to get toys baby had lost in the cracks. Under the bathroom sink was really dustyand had some cute black house spider wander out when I pulled out my shirt that I accidentally kicked under the edge. There is black mildew on the bathroom window. I was not unhappy at all, just noticed.

Seaside was full of tourists, so I was steeling myself for disappointment at the hotel, but it turned out to be very clean, quiet, and in a great location for accessing the beach and beachfront shops and eateries. The room was tastefully appointed and had all expected facilities. As we were leaving, the cleaner came out with my wife's headphones (she had left them in the room), for which we were incredibly grateful. All in all, a very pleasant stay!

The office at the hotel was closed, with a notice on the door redirecting us to another hotel a few blocks away. It would have been helpful if this had been noted in some of the email correspondence sent by the hotel before our stay. The redirection notice was also too low on the door to see easily so we sat around until 4pm, thinking the office was going to open up then. Doh!

Location was perfect. Across from the public parking lot in Seaside. There was no breakfast. No staff at location. It was a bed and a bathroom. Perfect if your are not going to spend any time in the room, other than to sleep. There was a television.

For having paid so much. I expect a bigger room with at least a chair.

It is an older beach motel, room is small for two queens but workable. Very clean. Walkable to shops/restaurants, aquarium, and the beach. Price of the room was good. The housekeeper (man) was friendly and did a great job.

We had to travel to different motel several blocks away to check in.

No staff on-site feels less safe as a single female traveler. Not enough outlets for appliances and TV system, had to move things to make them work. Weird setup for the price.

Simple, easy access to rooms. Close to beach, Main Street attractions and food.

With the office staff located elsewhere Clearer information on how to check in and how to contact staff for help if needed during your stay would be great! For example if you lock your key in the room or need more towels.

Beautiful property. Cozy bed. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

The wifi didn’t work. For us coming from out of country we rely on hotel wifi and we’re very disappointed that they didn’t even attempt to fix it.
