Fantastic amenities and great value. We loved the hotel and sauna and pool. The jetted tub in our room was my favorite.

It was great to have parking available. However, its a small parking lot, with not a lot of extra parking. There were a few times that due to people being double parked, there was NO parking, and we had to seek a spot on the street. While it's not the hotel's fault that people are horrible drivers, having a bit of extra space would be a good option. Or, if the hotel can contact the owners of the drivers who are double parked, asking them to fix their vehicles to make space for others, that would also be an option.

I really liked that there were complimentary cookies in the afternoon, flavored waters and most of all smoked salmon chowder daily at 5PM. The pool, hot tub and sauna were open 24/7 along with adult access hours. In my room I liked my balcony over the river, the comfortable big king bed, the large refrigerator, and real glasses for coffee and cold drinks instead of plastic and styrofoam. Always nice to have a full hot breakfast served daily. Walking distance to promenade and beach.

There was scaffolding for outside the 3 floors next to my room that wasn’t much to look at when I was on my balcony. However since the room next to mine was empty, it was extra peaceful.

...We love the Kathryn Riverfront The location is great we did over 27K steps in one day we went to the wine and seafood festival and had a great time.. The breakfast was good . When we got to the hotel we always have a balcony room, the room we got wasn't a balcony room we went to the front desk and the changed us to a balcony room . The staff is AWESOME we come down from Idaho and always stay at the Kathryn.

Fantastic location! Comfortable and clean room. Beds were nice. The little balcony was cute and overlooked the river, which is quite peaceful. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was better than many hotel breakfast that I’ve had, with real eggs and pancakes and potatoes. Chobani yogurt, variety of cereals and even almond milk was available. I love the afternoon cookies and fruit flavored waters available most of the day as well as the coffee. They even offer some chowder in the evening though I’m vegetarian so did not indulge. I also love the cozy robes in the room to use during the stay, a nice touch.

Pool was a little small, the sauna instructions weren’t very clear, and the hot tub was a little rough.

The location and staff member that checked us in was incredible!! We were there in memory of my late husband who died from cancer two weeks ago and the staff member was so kind and empathized with us because of his similar situation. He was so kind and helpful! We LOVE the Kathryn and will continue to make this hotel our yearly tradition.

I wish the price was less but we understand. Location is everything and you pay for location!

A real breakfast! Eggs, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, and don't get me started on the potatoes! The bed was so comfy I would fall asleep every time I lay down to watch TV. The last thing was the water pressure. I have very very long curly hair and the shower had no problems washing it out. The staff also went above and beyond to make our anniversary special

Was a little difficult to get extra towels and parking was limited.

The staff here is world class first rate and they are all about hospitality! Friendly and accommodating! They dont cut corners here! Ive sfayed at most of the hotels in Seaside and this is the best by far! 24 hour pool, excellent breakfast with many choices and a beautiful room to eat. If you need towels or even toothpaste or bottle water they always help out free of extra charge! This is also usually the best deal in Seaside and it is perfectly located near everything!

The staff was excellent and made us feel well cared for! We used the breakfast room for playing cards in the evening, which was perfect. We loved the short walk to the beach. And our room looking over the river was very nice and clean. We also used the hot tub. Short walk to bars and restaurants as well as the beach. It was a lovely stay and we hope to return someday.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and accommodating, only 3 blocks from beach and promenade for beautiful morning runs, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, wonderful breakfast, refresher waters in lobby, complimentary cookies and salmon chowder daily, clean, and nicely decorated 😃

Nothing not to like😃

The location is a dream and the staff was super friendly. Parking was so easy and so close to the beach! Loved the view from our balcony and the hotel did an amazing job at making our honeymoon extra special! They decorated the room for us! The hotel was very clean and we loved how it was super quiet from inside our room, it really felt private!
