I liked everything about Riverfront Lodging! Dana, the manager, helped me from booking to checkout with professionalism and a smile. She was very good at helping us navigate the restaurants and points of interest nearby and was able to assist with any request, along with her well trained staff, during our stay. The rooms were clean, pillows and bedding VERY comfy, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The large lawn fronting the lodge was great for entertaining as it had many places to sit along with shaded tables. The kids played soccer, bubbles, and rough and tumbled on the green space and really loved the outdoor area. With the river, restaurants and stores steps away, this Lodge is a great family friendly retreat!

Thankfully, I got to share this with the owner. The floors were not as clean as I thought they should be. As it turns out the staff was using a swiffer wet jet. I know from experience that the cleaning liquid leaves a sticky residue which likely made the floors feel dirty. A microfiber mop, hot water and vinegar should clean those LVP floor nicely. Also, parking for bigger vehicles was a little tight but manageable.

This is a quaint motel/lodge right on the Rogue River. We loved the deck overlooking the water and the pretty flowers everywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great outdoor seating, unfortunately it was raining most of the time we were there. Very convenient to a few restaurants.

Because it was raining, it would have been nice to have a little table in the room.

The location is great - near the Rogue River, very relaxing. 1 hour to Crater Lake, which was my destination next day. The staff were so nice and friendly, as well as housekeepers. I love the grounds, I walked around a bit and took advantage of the deck overlooking the river. Very peaceful there! Also nice walking distance to Mac's Diner, which is a fun place.

My only negative is that the floors were a bit dirty. Just a quick mopping would have fixed that.

Very comfortable bed, clean room, good location and accommodating staff. The rose garden and bar/restaurant right by the accommodation were a great bonus. I stayed there on my was from Crater Lake.

Blankets would be useful. I was a bit cold (in the middle of June!) and though the heating worked just fine, I’d rather save energy and use a good old fashioned blanket :)

We loved our room. We received an upgrade because there was a problem with the room we initially booked. What a service! We got a room with a view on the river. I can recommend it to everybody. Beautiful room, so peaceful. In the morning we saw some deers walking on the other side of the river. Perfect location to visit Crater Lake! On the other side of the road from the motel, you can order some sandwiches at the Fishin Hole Deli to take along when you want to visit Crater Lake. Also next to the motel, you find Mac's Diner. A real 50-ies diner. Nice to have dinner at night! Our stay at the Riverfront Lodging was one of the highlights of our trip in Oregon!

Spotlessly clean room, no pet smell (pets aren’t’ allowed, unlike many other area hotels), the patio along the river for evening decompress, and the mini-split Air Conditioning unit was so quiet we couldn’t hear when it was running. The in-room refrigerator has a larger cold section than most hotels’ units, and has a separate freezer compartment.

Our location in room 21 with the Rogue River flowing and wildlife flowing by was very calming, making it easy to simply sit on the deck, look, and read. The simplicity of the room, the thought put into River Front's renovation, was impressive: Very nice, but not over done.. We plan on booking for a week next year.

We stayed in a room on the river. Wonderful rustic room with the a huge private deck for watching the wild life in and around the awesome Roque River. Rooms have modern mini-splits to heat and cool so the are super quiet but keep you comfortable. As a bonus it's an easy walk to a fun restaurant next door.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located and hospitable staff. The lookout seating area has a nice view of the river. Despite what I've listed in the 'what didn't you like' section, I would stay here again.

The shower was very small and dark, and overall the room was quite noisy. I could hear the occupants in the adjacent room. They were respectful and it was quiet around 10pm (Friday), but the motel is also right off OR-62 and the semi trucks passing through were also quite loud.
