Of course, this is a budget hotel, so we didn't expect anything extraordinary. Nevertheless, we were in for a surprise. A girl named Sierra, who works at the front desk, was incredibly helpful with our check-in. We arrived in the USA very exhausted from the flight. When ordering a room, I made a mistake with the dates due to the time zone change. If it wasn't for the wonderful Sierra, we would have paid money for our room again. So, thank you very much Sierra for your kindness! I hope you have a wonderful life! The hotel's high rating is your merit.

When I saw this was a 2 star hotel I was worried but I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, well lit and the staff was very nice. We didn't arrive until midnight and it was no problem. I have had other places get upset with a late arrival and even gave away my room. (I had to have 1 bed instead of 2 as I had booked). The room was comfortable and clean

My only 'issue' was the water pressure was not very strong, but it was adequate for my needs.

We traveled with our little yorkie. We loved that our room wasn’t carpeted because, even though our dog is house broken, rugs drive him crazy with all the different smells.

Small detail-the carpeted hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed/cleaned. It didn’t matter too much though because I wasn’t planing on sleeping on the hallway floors. 😊

Did not have breakfast. It was too busy at the time I went. The facility is huge and had many people staying there. Otherwise I had no issues.

The facility was very busy at the time I was going to have breakfast and the toilet paper holder was actually in my ribs as I was using the bathroom. The bathroom sink is too close to the toilet and then the toilet paper holder is actually over the seat so there is no room to comfortably use the facilities.

The breakfast was great. The staff were super nice & accommodating.

The bed dipped and wasn’t as comfy as I’d like. The bathroom shower also didn’t look super clean. (We opted not to use it). Overall, the decor & look of the hotel was kinda outdated and grungy. But overall decent stay. We were only in the room a total of 11 hours to sleep before our several hour trip home. Overall, we were satisfied with our visit.

Very nice place, and cheap. I had to work in the morning for a few hours, and they let me sit in the conference room, very quiet and comfortable. Wifi is reasonable, about 10up/10down 30ms latency

The only complaint is the office chair in the room was very uncomfortable. I ended up sitting in the breakfast room to do some work in the morning.

The staff was amazing, food was great. Beautiful place

We had a queen bed, we are used to a cal king so it was a little uncomfortable. We had to leave at 7 am on Sunday and they don't serve breakfast until 9 so we missed out.

Side barking not as well lit as I would have liked. Lobby smelt of old cigarette smoke, the room did not.

Place needs a re-fresh..chipped and peeling paint not looking good. Also, my car was vandalized in parking lot..

Very nice staff and quick check in, also it was close to the main roads! Browns Hill Restaurant was awesome and close by to get a great meal!
