This is a luxury looking private room and bathroom for cheap! The room was very clean, he has left mint candy and ear plugs with towels. I felt so safe here with the door having a code lock. The door was a little difficult to open, though.The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like baby. The owner made sure I had everything I needed and very caring, polite and respectful man.

This place is amazing. I booked this place in a time of emergency and it has really been a hidden gem I am happy to have discovered. The host, Yin, is so cool and so helpful. I appreciate him more than he will ever know. The place is always clean, always peaceful, always welcoming, and always comfortable. Even with the "problem tenants," (because there's always one....🙄), Yin handles them with great patience and logic. I hope this place continues to flourish and thrive.

There were a couple of tenants who were just difficult people, trying to take advantage and disturb the peace. But, they were dealt with accordingly and things went right back to being peaceful.

i loved that it was in the middle of everything, you got the whole Philly experience, from the train all the way from the multi-cultured cuisine that were all with in walkable distances. I loved that this was/like a hostel so you got to meet other guests and I’ve had some pretty deep and intellectual conversations with some of the locals staying there and I got to meet a Russian which was pretty cool!! I’ve got to experience a lot that I wouldn’t of if I had not stayed at this hostel. The co host here was the most sweetest charming person, she made sure you knew the run around and that you were comfortable, and to mention again the sweetest!! Will definitely come again and maybe rent out a private room ;)

it definitely needs renovation for sure, definitely fill up some cracks and holes bc there might be some critters. Not might be, there was multiple types of critters…. It has nothing to do with the house being dirty tho bc she cleans daily, those cracks need sealed up asap. If I didn’t have such a great time this rating would be a lot lower bc of that lol( they stole my peanuts😅take what you will from that)

It's very welcoming when you first walk in. The vibe is really nice in the house. It's a nice place.

I don't like mice, but, Yin, the cohost, got rid of them everyday, so, I eventually stopped seeing them. But, that is a City problem.

I like that it was a hidden location but yet still boldly in front of your face making you feel safe and secure at least it made me feel safe and secure with the school the church and the post office At first I was pretty nervous because of the environment that surrounded it getting to the location Slightly nervous but didn't set super high expectations and hope for the best In regards to my stay Given the price was pretty reasonable then most and for that I was grateful to the space the upkeep and like a little hole in the wall somewhat cozy Making me feel comfortable with my vehicle being parked and that type of area surrounding it It gave me comfort as well as if something was to happen while it was parked that it was on camera which comfort me a little more The co-host was phenomenal gave me a moment of their time to build comfortability in an environment I had never been before Answering my questions and giving me guidance on various things that is nice to know Building comfort of my safety and stay Thanks so much For that being so I will book again since I'm still here on travel it's convenient affordable spacious and for the most part reasonably clean Thanks again so much for the convenience of having somewhere safe and secure that I believe I I just may Book again Hopefully for another great experience happy holidays to you and your family

It was just unknown that it was self-serve I don't know I believe I received the email late and that's why I was missing informed but thankfully for the co-host being there I was assistant and received help and guidance on how to find anything and we're with me Also certain areas could have been a little bit cleaner but for the most part it was very doable

Great stuff and the place was so clean kitchen facilities with real utensils. Staff were so kind and understanding I had to rebook and they let me pay only the single cleaning fee because it was a continuous stay.

The property could use little maintenance but for the price really could not be expected

Easy access to the train and bus lines, god tv with all the various channels

Only one bathroom and shower makes things tricky

The staff there was great. The co host of the Air BnB was very polite and professional to the guest. Very helpful with check in. The place was clean the beds are nicely made. You have full access to the entire house. Anything I needed the co host was very helpful.
