everything it is literally a mess dirty got a non-smoking room. The sheets had cigarette burns on them stains all over the wall. No smoke detector. Somebody had use the bathroom and the toilet and didn’t flush. I didn’t clean it when I asked for a refund they told me to contact who I’m booking through which I did and they said that I needed to contact the hotel. literally drug deals happen right outside and there are tons of prostitutes everywhere and crackheads.

I had a rental car and asked the front desk person if the car would be safe and she said probably not. I had my son with me and didn't feel comfortable staying there and didn't want any damage done to my rental. I canceled, but they still charged me. I has the travel agency I went through request a refund and rhey never answered back.

I like nothing. Place is infested with roaches and people was drinking and yelling all night long. They advertise breakfast and they give nothing. Worst hotel experience in my life

Expensive for a minus 5 stars place

There were cigarette burns in the comforter and sheets. I killed a cockroach. The lock for the door was torn apart on the inside. The smoke detector had been removed. I could see where it was supposed to be. There was a truck sized pile of belongings under a tarp in the parking lot. Seemed more like a homeless camp than a hotel.

the door wasn’t tight like it’s bn kicked a lot. the walls were dirty asf & it had roaches.

The fact that the window of the room upon arrival, had what appeared to be a huge hole due to either a single gun shot or a huge rock thrown through the window. The fact that two cops were sitting right side the room and when asking about the area was advised to leave and find another place to stay. When going to the front office to advise of the issue with the room, being told we have to go through booking for a refund. Never STAYED at the hotel at all. Still waiting for the refund after a month, 4 calls to booking and being run around that the hotel verbally is going to refund our money, still nothing. $311.00 is still due and would like the money back as fast as you took it from the account. So to say this has been a horrible experience is an understatement. Will never use booking again ever. So much for Covid-19. There was homeless, addicts, etc you name it all over the property. To even think booking was affiliated with this property it saddens me that a 3rd party will take money from a place as such and never do any quality checks (randomly) to see if they are to standard when doing business with them. They didn’t offer any other room and if even they did due to the warning from the cops and the up keep of the property and my safety, there was no way I was staying. Sleeping in my truck at my daughters apartment complex parking lot away from here was safer than this place clearly. Sad traveling all over out West for Work for many years in and out of hotels and I have never experienced any such issues as this.
