Nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Big (free) parking lot and easy access to main roads. Wifi is perfect.

Breakfast is ok but limited choice. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were a bit damaged and could get a replacement though, especially in a junior suite room. There is a lot of natural light in the bathroom the bedroom compartment in rather dark. No bright lights are available. I worked one day from the hotel room and I moved the desk table into the bathroom so I would at least have a nice view and a sense of the time of the day.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to so many shops and restaurants. We did eat at the hotel restaurant one time and the food was very good. Our server was excellent great service. We also sat at the bar a couple of times. The server was very friendly and we had a good time. Both the check in and check out was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaning staff did a great job. Room was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Bed was comfortable and overall the room was very nice. Parking was good and we had no problems with getting in and out of the hotel. Everyone we met were friendly and greeted us with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again if we are visiting Charleston again.

The only small thing was that the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working. But we got some coffee from the restaurant so bring up to our room. Everything else was great.

The front desk attendant was friendly, but only stood up if he saw you needed something. We stopped at the bar on our way out for an appetizer and a drink and the bartender was very unfriendly and unsmiling despite our best efforts. It became a joke on just how determined she was not to make an effort to be cordial. Also, the spinach artichoke dip was awful. Also the headboard in 501 had cosmetic damage that should have been addressed

The staff was pleasant. The gentleman at the front counter noticed that I was there for my birthday and gave us 2 free bar drinks which was really nice. The location is also really great. We were right across from Tanger which is the outlet mall we like to shop when in town.

The hotel inside is a little...ancient. maybe not ancient but antique. Not really our style of stay. It was dark everywhere except the front desk and bar, the rooms were cute but it's obvious that updates are needed. For the price and the expected turnover being near the airport, I'd give it a 6/10 inside. For the price, I'd give a 7.5/10. I'm a content Creator and I think brightness is needed all throughout. The hotel wasn't terrible, it just needs some life! Oh, the beds!! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in outside of my own!

More items to select....oatmeal, waffles,hot, not cool coffee One other thing about the room...the shower was extremely difficult to control. It took forever to get hot, then it was scalding. When it was turned to cool, again took forever and it went to cold. I have stayed her a number of times and always have this problem, so it is not a problem with a particular room.

Hotel overall was great. Check-In was smooth. Employee working bar was very friendly. Food was good. Room was great. My only complaint is that only operating ice machine was on 4th floor and we were on the 1st floor so it was a bit inconvenient however the employee at bar overheard me tell my partner that ice was on 4th floor and offered to give us 2 cold glasses filled with ice. That was great so we didn't have to use ice machine.

Most of the staff was amazing. The location is next to the outlet mall and nearby to downtown Charleston.

Slow and unreliable shuttle. The property listing showed a cooked to order breakfast but they offered a simple continental self serve. That was disappointing.

You had to pay for breakfast, it was not included in the room fees, which was fine. The breakfast was good so I didn't mind, Super nice. Happy about my stay all in all. I loved that they had a mirror in the bathroom for makeup! the lighting was amazing.

I have zero complaints, Everything was spot on.

Staff were fantastic, facilities were clean and in great condition, room was spacious and well decorated.

I didn't realize I had selected a room rate that didn't include breakfast, so pay attention to that when booking. Breakfast wasn't worth the $18 USD we paid.
