First of all, My husband and I are not seasoned travelers, at all. I was very happy with my accommodations and as a girl from the North I got my good fix of biscuits and grits with my breakfasts in the morning! The room was clean and comfortable with a couple of suggestions that I will note in the next section. The staff was very helpful. Thank you very much for this, as Embassy Suites and Marriott were both out of our reach money wise. I will definitely look into Hilton when I travel again.

I happen to have M.S. and even though I am extremely mobile the beds albeit comfortable, were a little too high for me to get in and out of. Perhaps a stool just to step on to reach the mattress would do. Also, the door was sticking even with the use of the pass key and was difficult to open. It needed a hard push. Thirdly and most important the toilet was running slow and needed to be flushed a few times for use. My husband noticed that there wasn't a small clock in the room.

The staff are incredible. Every member of staff I interacted with was warm, kind and friendly. It felt like hospitality rather than someone doing a job. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great and hassle free. They even took me to the train station after I checked out. The breakfast was better than I expected it to be (bacon, eggs, sausage, home fries, grits, toast, bagels, pastries etc.) The bed was comfy and the TV was big. The room in general felt recently updated, just the bathroom that could use some updating, but everything was clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The bathroom was fine, but a little tired. However, there are renovations underway, so maybe the bathrooms will be updated as part of that. It was clean and functional, just a little tired. The rest of the room was fine.

- room could be cleaner: had some hairs on the shower and crumbs all around the room floor - bed sheet was smaller than the mattress so it was always coming off - old gym, had 2 thread mills but only 1 was working - indoor pool looked very dark and dirty. Didn’t used it

It was clean and comfortable

The property was booked because it said it had a pool and jacuzzi. When asked the front desk about it. They said that was not offered on their website anymore and that the third party (booking.com) needs to update their information. Little to say I was disappointed and the pool that was indoors was freezing! Also the bathroom wall was falling off and the ceiling had mold spots and leak stains on them.

Hot tub was small and didn't have a control.

It was convenient close to the airport with a shuttle at 4am. The room was big with a bath tub, nice before a 35 hours trip. They have a restaurant inside the hotel. It is pricey for the state of the hotel but fine.

They are working on renovation, still work to do. Restaurant is expensive and not good. Food is dry, overcooked (microwaved?). I booked a room with tub and had to insist to get one.

I did not eat….should have been free!

After I paid $186 and then didn’t get a free breakfast. That really shows you don’t appreciate my business. So I walked out the front door and went to Wendy’s to get a full breakfast for$4.75. If this is the way Hilton works…..I will be telling my friends to go somewhere else.

We needed an early drop off at the airport and the shuttle was ready for us at 5am no problem!

The restaurant was under renovation but we left before breakfast was open so not sure how that would have affected things.

It was really nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Food was good and service was good as well. Room was very good size and it looked like they might have been updating some of the rooms. Shuttle service was very nice as well. Driver was very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The walkway to the convention center is easily accessible and a short distance.

Parking lot is tight if you have a larger vehicle.
