The room was excellent, very large (almost like a suite) with super comfortable bed and room to spread out.

The closet was very small and hard to get into. There was no room safe - in today's world, this should be standard furnishing for any hotel room! Just like automatic transmission on a car is now standard, a room safe should be standard in any hotel room. The breakfast was great as far as cold items (like cereal) or items you could heat yourself (e.g., bagels, toast). The items that were supposed to beserved hot, however (scrambled eggs, french toast, waffles) were all cold! Need heat lights or a steam table to keep those items warm.

The room was nice and comfortable. Not the largest but adequate. The lobby area is very spacious with different siting areas so different groups could meet without disturbing others. We actually played cards in the lobby area a couple of evenings with friends. The Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The location is actually close to some shopping if you need that and there are several restaurants within a couple of minute drive.

Everything was good. We thought the place was a good value.

The man who checked me in was very friendly and professional. The room was very quiet and spacious.

The bed was uncomfortable. My friend left her kindle. At first she checked the box to pick up the kindle. Then she changed her mind and wanted it mailed. I called the hotel and spoke to a woman who said we had to go to UPS and get a "stamp," but she couldn't explain what that meant. I asked her questions about shouldn't it go by weight, things like that, and she couldn't answer any question. I asked to speak to someone else who could help, but she said she was the only one there. I went back to the app and clicked to have the kindle mailed, and it went through the process easily. Apparently, she couldn't even suggest I could back to the app. Very frustrated and disappointed with her service.

About 2-3mins walk to convention center. Restaurant,stores, coffe shop nearby. I really liked the bed which wasn’t too hard or too soft

We stayed with a dog and was able to stay at 1st floor, but it seemed dusty. my daughter and I have dust allergy so of course we kept coughing during our 2nights stay… I requested to do vacuum room but I don’t think they did. I tried to communicate to house keeper but she didn’t speak English at all…

I loved the overall area of the hotel. Walking into the lobby, the hotel smelled so good. It was sort of like essential oils or something. It was nice that it wasn’t some strong smell to give me a headache. The staff were nice at the front desk and at the bar area at night.

Unfortunately the pool was being fixed so that sucked for our family but I understand. The closet door in our room didn’t open so that was a struggle. We needed to use the iron board so we had to fight with that a little.

Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. My room when I checked in was on the third, she asked if this was ok and I enquired about getting a higher floor and she said sure no problem. I had a King room which upon arrival was clean, had fresh towels, microwave and fridge.

Breakfast was not op to the standard of a Hyatt hotel. It is a continental breakfast which had limited choices, coffee needed refilling every morning when I arrived, limited seating but the fruit was fresh and delicious. Staff each morning were wonderful. Small bar, minimal outside seating, room had small bathroom, not enough pillows, ac made made noise every time it turned on and the noise from above use was constant even though we were on the top floor.

Great value hotel. We had lots of space in our room for all the bags we had with us. The beds were very plush and comfortable. The free breakfast each morning was tasty, had plenty of variety, and was a very pleasant bonus for us. We’d happily stay again.

I feel there should always be a sink inside the bathroom to wash your hands before having to touch the door handle.

The staff was excellent, all shifts my whole time. The room was always kept clean, being retired military I appreciated that. The breakfast was terrific each morning, thanks for a grand Mother’s Day weekend.

I would have like to see more handicap parking spaces for the facility. Don’t know what the requirements are, but it was a little tight. Thanks again for a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend!

Never heard anything outside of our room! So quiet (even being so close to the airport/within the city). Staff members were amazing. Friendly environment. Great value (with parking and breakfast) for price compared to other listings we looked at. Not too far from anything. I’m not a big breakfast person but there was a big variety of breakfast foods. Would definitely stay again!!

The room and actually the entire hotel were very clean. The breakfast buffet was better than expected, and I was glad we had real dishes, not paper and plastic.

The location is convenient to the freeway but nowhere near the plantations or downtown. The parking lot could be better attended - it looked like people wanting to break into the vehicles.
