Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. Easy access to the North Charleston Convention Center. Breakfast had a nice variety, even had allergy friendly options. The pool was nice for the kids to burn some energy. The pool table and lobby were great gathering points for our large group.

The floor of the room was sticky, but may have been the humidity. Everything else was clean and well maintained. The towels always had a delay, but we believe they were sold out for our whole stay.

Everything was great besides the breakfast experience I had and encountered !! The breakfast tenant that was serving was mean! She rushed everyone away exactly at 10am on the dot. She literally scared some teenagers that was trying to get there food. I reported what I saw when I checked out to the shift supervisor! The food wasn’t the best for a Sunday. The only meat they had was pork sausage

I love staying at Tru’s. I have stayed at a few of them and I have never had a bad experience. I like the way that the interior in the lobby is always representative of the city in which they’re located. I have never had a bad nights stay. They are clean, offer coffee, 24 seven and have a good section of snacks for an additional fee. This was my first time at the Charleston location. And it’s very close to the airport.

Location was great. Staff was nice and the room was clean, breakfast also smelt very good but unfortunately we couldn’t grab any! Love that they are very pet friendly as well!

Check in is at 3pm but when we got there around 5:15pm we had to “wait in line” for our king room and didn’t get in our room until around 6:30pm but they were very accommodating for everyone that had to wait.

The rooms are clean . The staff is amazing. Tyra lovely kind a heart of gold her smile is just amazing the way she greet you omg . Housekeeping on point the young men is so well spoken. The young man in front in the morning so full of joy smile he's in the right spot just amazing. I will always visit there

perfect location, 5 min by car to Charleston airport,15 min by car to Charleston historical downtown, Clean spacy rooms with large TV, good breakfast, last but not least friendly staff

Very nice hotel not too far from downtown. Easy access to everything. Very nice and friendly hotel staff. Definitely will stay again. Squeeze dispensers in the room for hand soap, lotions, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were so nice instead of the little bottles. Free breakfast was nice each morning.

Everything. Easy to reserve, even on a short notice ( 3 hours ). Nice location near terminal. Courteous, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, and clean. Free breakfast. Very reasonable price, considering how expensive Charleston has become, it is worth staying at TRU HILTON and drive/eat downtown with the difference.no

We knew what to expect staying here. We like North Charleston area so this was a good spot to stay. Everyhting is expensive in Charleston so this would be considered reasonable. Pool was nice for a quick dip.

Food was worse than i remembered. Id rather just save the money that's baked into the free breakfast and go out.

Facility itself was great. Excellent lobby. Location was great.

Housekeeping was sub-par in some areas. In shower large shampoo and body wash were completely empty and dry. Had not been filled in quite awhile. When speaking with housekeeping in the hall they were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there.
