Location has always been great and I’ve stayed here before so it’s pretty good!!

During my recent interaction with one of the staff members, I found the experience to be highly disappointing. The individual was noticeably unhelpful, offering little to no assistance with my concerns. Additionally, his tone and demeanor came across as dismissive and condescending, which made the situation even more frustrating. The lack of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated during this exchange did not reflect the level of service I expected and left a very negative impression.

The property was clean and a lot of grassy areas for my dogs. It was quiet. The airport is close so of course you could hear the planes/jets fly over but I enjoy watching them so it didn’t bother me. The young man when I checked in was so friendly and very helpful. The rooms were really clean.

The breakfast that is included was some cereal and instead grits and coffee, that’s it. I was not impressed at all and very disappointed with that. The lady who worked on 1st shift on Saturday was rude!

Once we arrived we saw our room was on second floor but my husband cannot climb stairs. No other availability in area but luckily manager was in house and was able to secure room for us that had not been rented out due to non operating lock. One he changed the lock we had possibly the last room in the area. Since the room had been vacant it didn't have a fresh smell or feel to it the first night but after housecleaning came the following morning we decided to stay an extra 2 days. They were very accommodating.

I came in to see a concert and the location was so close to the venue I could of walked there..

Very noisy. People were outside playing music and yelling at 1:30 in the morning. I expect a little bit of nosie when there is a concert going in town but there needs to be better security around to keep that under control on nights like that.

The property is in a good location just off the highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the housekeepers helped carry my suitcase upstairs. The rooms were clean and quiet. I was initially concerned about the noise level when I saw that we were on the landing path for the airport, but even on the upper level the noise never bothered me. Some reviews of this property say that they didn't feel safe, but I felt safe here. There were many families staying at the property and I saw noone loitering in or around the hotel. The property is in a business district near the airport and convention center with several other hotels nearby. I never felt unsafe. Like any other place, you just have to pay attention to your surroundings. And when in your room, use both door locks. The property is in a good location just outside the city and at a good price.

The property is undergoing renovations so we weren't allowed access to the front office or what will be the breakfast room. Breakfast was a bag with snacks that can be eaten on the go. We went to one of the local restaurants for breakfast every day.

The bedding was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I appreciate extra pillows, and I got them.

Housekeeping was not thorough. They managed to change the bedding and garbage bags between days, but there was still hair and dirt on the floor. Also, the front door needs to be weatherized. We had a storm, and we could feel the wind coming in through the door gap

I feel like the Days Inn Wyndham west on Montage Ave is my second home away from home I love this motel and only stay here when I come to Charleston

The staff could smile a little more there was a guy with long hair don’t know his name at first desk I was the only person there he didn’t acknowledge me for a few minutes and wasn’t very personable Ned to improve his attitude

I liked the convenient location and the room was very clean.

I didnt like the preauthorization charge that was ran on my card before I even checked in and I had to transfer more funds in order to pay on sight at the actual location. Thankfully it was returned back in my account by the next day. When the online states that they take a $50 cash deposit, that is not the case. Cash is definately a thing of the past when it comes to motels now days
