On July 4 at like 9 I was talking to the nicest person that really helped me so very much. People usually just say go handle your issue on your own. Come back when you’ve got it handled this person pretty long hair. Let me stand beside her the whole time until I got my issue resolved. Now that’s an amazing worker.

I would have so much to say about the property that I didn’t like but the way that the worker I meant on July 4 at nine I don’t even wanna talk about it

I liked the location because it was definitely in quick transit from the hospital where I was visiting. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was that I left the rom for a couple of hours and upon returning; room service had already gone in and partially cleaned the room. The trash that needed to be discarded was left (food boxes), but my bags that I needed were thrown out. The bags were by no means anything expensive, but nevertheless I wanted them. I was a little disappointed because I thought room service didn't enter one's room until after checking out. Other then this incident, everything was lovely and I would definitely stay again.

Staff was excellent at the front desk and housekeeping as well. Very courteous and helpful with ideas for your stay. Glad we chose this motel/hotel!!

Breakfast items were very limited and person in breakfast area wasn't very attentive and seemed bothered we were asking questions. Smells in the elevator. Not sure what that was because they laid new carpet while we were here and it still has a weird smell inside. The mattress was a little bumpy and may need replaced and/or flipped.

Hard to find other places to go to near hotel. Wish restaurant was bigger and bestro breakfast was a bit expensive and wish to have a big breakfast. We understand though.
