Location and parking was convenient. Front desk receptionist excellent made suggestions and helped me decide if I wanted to do Uber because I had never done Uber before. She clarified questions like what time is breakfast served. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent!!! Breakfast was one of the highlights Of the trip, service was kind and courteous.

The front desk was too close to the bar, everyone was having a great time at the bar, but they were loud so it was hard for me to hear the front desk attendant

The room was very comfortable and very clean, the staff were very pleasant. The air conditioning was very powerful and responded well to the thermostat. The blackout curtains worked amazingly well and are a great feature. The lighting in the room was also very neat, providing lots of moody or bright options. I could barely hear the neighbors (although I'm sure they could hear us, sorry about that).

Whether it was intentional or just an oversight, I was disappointed to find that the room did not have a microwave or bathtub, I guess wealthy people don't have leftovers or bubble baths? Was also mildly irritated by the design of the nightstands on either side of the bed, they were small and incredibly low to the ground for some odd reason.

the room was incredibly comfortable. it was blacked out so when I pulled the curtain it was nice and dark. which was perfect for recovering from a music festival. the bed and sheets were so comfy I didn’t want to get out of bed! Great location especially if you’re visiting River front park

it was a little difficult to get room service. the hours on the restaurant website did not match up with what the front desk said when I called down. such a small thing, but when you’re paying over $200 a night you come to expect a higher tier of service.

The staff - Jessica, Cynthia, Crystal, the Omelet Queen (Delphine), and Neida. They are superb and made my experience/stay at this Marriott by going above and beyond with thoughtfulness and generosity.

No towels for the pool

Good. I just don’t like the fact you have to pay for parking. That’s a real reason why I probably won’t stay there again. If I knew that in advance I wouldn’t stayed there.

Clean nice rooms

Breakfast buffet was awful - powdered eggs for $17 per person, it was disgraceful and a huge ripoff! For $17 I EXPECT AN AWESOME BREAKFAST. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING? IF YOU SERVE CRAPPY BREAKFAST IT SHOULD BE FREE. IF I KNEW IT WAS AO BAD I WOULD HAVE GONE TO MCDONALDS DOWN THE STREET.

Clean, modern, spacious, great staff, close but not too close to airport.

The breakfast was great.

I am not sure why the person that checked me in did not share with me any of the amenities, wifi codes, which direction to go once checked in. He barely spoke to me. He stated how much I owed. I had ask why the additional charge and if it would be refunded at the end. I had to ask which way to go. And had to ask about Wifi from someone else. I wonder if it was because I used a 3rd party booking?

The comfort of the room and bed

Staff was rude. I booked a king but they put us in double until i explained my lesbian wife and i dont sleep in separate beds. We felt we were being discriminated dince we were lesbians.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Had issues at the front desk due to prebooking and prepaying for my room through Booking.com. They tried to charge me again for the room at the front desk twice.
