We have just had a short stay in The Marriott ToneSuites. (family of 5 adults). Spacious rooms with wonderful staff, extremely pleasant and helpful, particularly Donna. She gave us lots of ideas for things to see and do in the vicinity. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in spotless surroundings, a pool which we didn’t have a chance to avail of. A wonderful shuttle service available to guests to and from the airport, to the shopping mall etc. we thoroughly recommend it. We will definitely return. Jacqueline & Family. Galway. Ireland 🇮🇪

Beautiful place & the pool with the fireplace, fire pit & 2 gas grills were exceptional bonuses. The pool isn't deep, 4 1/4 ft, but great for getting wet & kids playing. Breakfast was good & I enjoyed the hot choices. Turkey sausage being an option was good for my child, who doesn't eat pork sausage or bacon. I would have liked grits to have been a choice along with hot oatmeal. That wasn't a deal breaker, though . The room was large & comfortable. Loved the kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. It was fully equipped and included a dishwasher and cook top. There were plenty of friendly staff & everything was clean. Location is excellent across from Tanger Outlet and lots of restaurants to choose from. All within walking distance. Easy access to & from interstate.

It was so clean and comfortable. The Staff were always friendly and smiling. Breakfast was amazing and had little changes every day to keep things fresh. Had quite a few great dinner choices in walking distance!

The pool was under maintenance the first few days, but opened in time for us to have a good swim a few days before checkout

The location was great to get away from the bustle of Charleston. The rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and varied each day. Staff was all friendly.

The ac in front of room didn’t work well. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work at all. There were no hooks for towels or clothes to hang them up. We went to Dollar Tree & bought over the door hooks. Biggest complaint was the pool was only 4 feet deep.

Great hotel in great proximity to area restaurants and outlets. The fact that water was offered next to the ice machine on each floor was great along with the outdoor patio pool area, which was very refreshing and communicated an awesome, chill vibe. Breakfast area was very spacious and food and beverage options were amazing. Breakfast staff was very courteous and attentive to the breakfast area. The shuttle driver was super cool In offering local recommendations for dining and attractions and provided exceptional service!

so convenient to the airport with plenty of restaurants close by to enjoy.. staff at checkin were marvelous.. parking is also well designed and helps with unloading luggage..room was so spacious and kitchen well equipped...quiet and restful one night stay before flying out..

some furniture in the living room needed a bit of an upgrade but was still clean

Pool was beautiful. Lots of towels available. Free breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I really liked the provided shower products.

The a/c was very loud when it was running. We could hear an alarm going off in another room for over 30 minutes. There was no dish soap in the kitchen or any type of dish cloth for reusing dishes.

The room was like a small apartment. The beds were very comfortable. In a great area near plenty of restaurants and stores

The microwave was not working in my room. The breakfast OK

The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious for me and my family. Everything was clean and updated.

No working washing machines and ice machine was out on the 2nd floor.

The space of the two bedroom. It allowed my son to have his own space . Close to everything you need !
