Immaculately clean. Full kitchen with everything necessary. The day we stayed they also had a complimentary happy hour and a complimentary breakfast the next day. We also enjoyed their pool. We actually had a hotel booked in Myrtle beach which did not meet our expectations and were looking for a getaway at a much nicer facility. It was right what we were looking for. Absolutely sparkling clean. The staff there are so super friendly, it was actually shocking to us coming from the rude DC area.

Staff, complimentary food, cleanliness, kitchen in the room

Location, the room was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator, freezer cooktop, coffee, pot, etc. in the room although we really didn’t need it the breakfast was very good.

The pool was closed and we were experiencing a heat wave. That was unfortunate.

They ran out of the one bedroom suite we booked, so upgraded us to a two bedroom! Staff were super kind. The hotel was a bit dated, but it was comfy, cozy and clean. Our kids and dog were welcome. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was also good.

The floor material in the kitchenette felt sticky on bare feet. Not a big deal, it was clean, just a weird material.

Loved the room layout for a family of four, with the separate living room area. Loved the free breakfast. Good location for easy visits to historic district.

There was a traveling youth baseball team who overwhelmed the pool area and breakfast area. Kids were also running through the hallways. No big deal, as we have kids, but probably a turn off to other guests trying to eat a quiet breakfast or enjoy the pool.

I was over charged for 2 night stay $139/night which cost me $412 I did not receive a voucher and did not see the final billing until it was deducted from my card Would like to have an explanation of the billing.

One of the best hotels in the area! The manager has excellent skills and knows how to resolve any issues professionally.

The King suite is perfect for traveling with kids because of its spacious layout with all the amenities of home. Breakfast at this hotel is great with a large variety of options to fit everyone's taste, even the picky ones.

The only even somewhat negative thing was that the pool area was pretty dirty with debris from the surrounding trees and shrubbery.

The bed was really comfortable

The bathtub in the bedroom with two queen beds did not drain well and was dirty. There was also a film on the main bathroom of hair.

Location was very good! Overall inside, outside of hotel was very well maintained. Front desk staff was very helpful, happy and kind!

Waffle Irons are very popular and people stand in line to use them. How about providing more to accommodate more guests.
