Location and pet friendly quarters were nice. We were there for work and didn't use, but there was a very nice bar downstairs and pool table. The indoor and outdoor seating in the shade and in the sun options, were great. We did not eat breakfast on site but quick microwave breakfasts were available in lobby.

No microwave in the room. Since we were there for a week, that would have been much more convenient for us, rather than going downstairs to lobby. The only guest dryer did not dry the clothes; we had to air dry clothes in the room.

The reason I picked to stay here is it’s close to the airport and you have a shuttle. The price was decent also.

The rooms need microwaves. I’ve stayed here twice so far in two different rooms. One with the queen size beds, and one with the king bed. Both had no microwaves. I came in from a late night flight and ordered some Domino’s. My leftovers I put away, not thinking about not having a microwave to reheat it the next day.

The location was very close to the airport as well as to the convention center.Places to eat were close by, as well as, the mall. The room I stayed in was compact and clean.

The reception area was small and not attractive.

the staff was nice and helpful. the hotel was very clean from my room to the front desk and bar.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no electronic charging plug for my phone and laptop, normally some hotels have those, for the ones who forget their charging block for the socket to plug the phone up.

I would love to give a huge thank you to Teena(GM) I think! The hot water was out early Saturday morning into Sunday when we checked out and although it was out all day Saturday and she was having a very stressful day. BUT she was very calm , she was very attentive,, and she was very remorseful for what had happened to the guest. SHE WAS Awesome! She did what she can to compensate I stay for the inconvenience. And with that I must say say that she was amazing in doing so, in the process.

Coming out of town into a lovely hotel that we have paid our hard earned money and not to have hot water was a disappointment but we still were able to enjoy the city

The location was great, the cleanliness was awesome, the staff was friendly!

The pool was ice cold. Wish it was heated. And really wish breakfast was included.

We had disembarked from a cruise and staff generosity allowed us early check-in. We like that the hotel was clean and close to the airport.

The bed was hard.

Aloft was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had to request remote for TV. Was not in the room. But they were quick and efficient getting a remote to me.

The room was so beautiful and amazing it was very spacious. The staff was very nice and very welcoming. Everything and everyone was just A1 they made me and my friend felt welcome and at home. We will definitely stay again.

Loved everything there is nothing to dislike.
