Loved how easy it was to get on the highway and drive into downtown Charleston. There was also a lot of restaurants, gas stations, and other places to go to nearby. The property was clean and the staff were super friendly! We enjoyed breakfast each morning. They had lots of options to choose from.

Because of how close it is to the airport, it can get noisy outside, but you honestly don’t hear anything when you’re inside.

Room is very spacious and comfortable.

The price charged was a different price that was originally booked on Booking (this is not often the case) and hotel could not really explain the hotel difference. The staff wasn’t incredibly helpful or willing to figure out why there was a price difference. The hotel is pretty far out from downtown Charleston you have to plan travel time and there was no breakfast options available.

The hotel itself was fine.

Was told I had to pay for the room but we already pre paid. I insisted we already pre paid and the gentleman at the front had to ask for help on how to find out if we already paid or not. I checked in separately from my sister and warned her as I paid for both rooms in advance. She forced to pay again for a room we already paid for on booking.com.

The Room was Immaculate and Clean! Nice Room for the Price!

The Staff was a Little Stuck up! I asked one of The Staff Members a Question and She said What you say? It went thru One Ear and out the Other! I said What? To myself! I forgot her Name but I know She wears Glasses and Unattractive! I'm just Saying! Tiffany was OK... somewhat Nonchalant! She did text me and asked me if the Room was to My Satisfaction! Not Very Polite though! Just My Opinion!

I liked the food,the location and the cleanliness. The staff are very friendly and easy going.

The refrigerator door did not close and it seems as the air wasn't circulating in the bathroom. But overall it was a good stay.

nice hotel

I booked two rooms which was over $600.00 for 1 night. We were not allowed to have breakfast the next morning. For the amount I paid for rooms, we should have been able to have breakfast the next morning. This was a stop ever for a trip we were taking with my family. Was not pleased with this at all. I paid a lot of money for these rooms, I am working class in the health field. Doesn’t come easy. I will take this in consideration the next trip we take this year Doubletree by Hilton!!

The toilet handle and running water at times (I did tell front desk), and the entering and exit out the property was a little scary crossing over two and a half lanes on a busy road, but doing a u turn wasn’t a problem to do. (Not your fault about the enter section)

I love the convenience of the place. I also loved the bar and the outside seating area. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The place is very clean.

The toilet is too low on the floor. When you sit down it feels like you’re falling. The pillows on the bed are uncomfortable.

shower, bed and pillows were awesome. very clean. employee helped us to use the TV menu ... we were so confused . Registration desk manager also helped husband set up his laptop. Very cheerful folks.

Missing lightbulbs in two lights. Couldn't get the coffee maker to work Couldn't purchase yogurt from the fridge.

the bed! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 the mattress, the sheets, pillows, and the comforter; amazing. best rest I've had in years.

the price, plus the other added fees that we weren't aware of u til we got to the property. the entrance/ exit of the property is difficult to leave and return around certain times, maybe push for a light at that intersection
