The location is great. It’s next to the convention center, tanger outlets, and many restaurants! The breakfast was your average hotel complimentary breakfast but had a little bit of everything. I really did appreciate that they offered a “to go” bag for the breakfast bar. The hot tub was enjoyable but the indoor pool was a little cold. The hotel, room and bathrooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again

The property itself was very nice, and was very easy to check in. The front clerk was also very helpful and courteous.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room selection was near the street side and you could hear everything from the room and the room I was in had dried vomit on the floor in the restroom and the carpet was dirty, but other than that everything else was great. I had to sanitize the room myself when I arrived due to it not being cleaned properly.

They had a shuttle bus that dropped you off and picked you at restaurants and nearby attractions. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

Charged for extra night that I did not use. The issue was resolved after a couple of phone calls but it was quite concerning and not effortless on my part. It should not have been something I had to follow up on and worry about.

It was quiet, clean & the breakfast was fantastic.

To the Hotel Manager. On two different occasions, I encountered housekeeping staff (males) outside of the hotel side door where the laundry room is located. Neither appeared to have their access key with them, and thus was waiting for an opportunity to enter the hotel whenever, guest was leaving by way of the side door. If they had not been dressed in blue as the other housekeeping staff, then I would have reported them to the front desk.

The staff was exceptional. Mr Gigi the shuttle driver was such an amazing person. It was a pleasure driving around with him. I don't know the other shuttle driver's name but I want to commend him too. I also loved the daily housekeeping even though we kept our room clean. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus for those extra hot days. As always, the breakfast and kitchen staff was divine. Thanks everyone at the Holiday Inn for making our stay enjoyable and fun.

Our fridge didn't have the little freezer compartment so we couldn't get ice-cream but that was ok.

The front desk folks were very helpful!

Breakfast could have been a little better - they showed bacon on their pictures but there was none. The ice machine on our floor did not work and the one on the bottom floor did not have the bottom plate so you had to hold your ice bucket, balance it with one hand and hold in the button with the other. Also, the coffee pot in our room did not work.

The room was comfortable over all with expected amenities. Nice breakfast with interesting automatic pancake machine and good variety of items. All the staff were accommodating especially Angel who was sweet and greeted us with a killer smile.

Air conditioning in room did not function during our stay. Even though it was not summer the room was hotter than my wife likes to sleep. Was reported but we were there for only two days so possibly too short a period to repair.

The location of the hotel was in the center of all the places we wanted to visit, making our drive time very little for the places we visited. The hotel staff were very nice and honored any request we had. The hotel room was very clean and had a nice fragrance in the room the entire 4 days that we were there. The breakfast offered was just right, nothing too have. We were able to enjoy itvand still head out to explore the city in a timely manner. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

It was very clean, breakfast included, great location for our trip since we were attending a comedy show close by & the shuttle to & from that event was great! The lady at the front desk, Stella (I believe was her name) was an absolute gem. She was so helpful, courteous & kind. She was very attentive & made sure our stay was pleasant.

I've never given a hotel an exceptional score but I really could not think of one bad thing to say about this place. It was clean, quiet, in a great location, nice staff and I had the best sleep. The water pressure in the shower was unheard of, I didn't want to get out. I didn't have much breakfast but heard it was good.
