We've stayed here many times due to its location next to the Coliseum and Performing Arts Center. We were excited to see the updates that have been and are currently being done. They were much needed. The staff was apologetic for the construction and very accommodating. We did feel that the front desk staff should have been provided protective ear covering as the saws and noise from the work being done was very loud in that area. The construction was limited so it didn't interfere with our sleep. The new updated room was very comfortable and clean. The new bar is beautiful and breakfast was delicious. We can't wait to come back when it is all finished!

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast (they cook your eggs the way you want without extra charge), many options. Free drinks at a certain time, very nice people, huge room (we had 2 little kids and were able to put them in the "living area" which was separated from the bedroom by a door. Quick service. Pool in good temperature (there was an incident and they fixed it very quickly). I would recommend.

We had to pay $10 per day for parking. We didn't find another option. It needs a few updates. I which they didn't replace all the towels every other day (kind but not necessary and it waists a lot of water and stuff).

The staff were friendly. Booked a room w/ 2 full beds and fold out couch. I liked that there was a livingroom area. Plenty of space for everyone. Loved the bar in the middle of the hotel. People would hangout at the bar or at tables. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. In the morning there is a nice selection avail for breakfast..Pancakes, French toast, eggs,bacon, etc.

The fold out bed was awful! Super thin, and all you could feel was coils. The mattress needs to be replaced. My 13yr old chose to fold the bed back in and sleep on the couch bc it was more comfortable. So it worked out. So, it wked out. The other thing we didn't care for was the location was 23-38 min from wherever we wanted to go..which is a shame bc we would definitely stay again if it was closer to Mt Pleasant.

Bed super comfy lots counter space in bathroom (refridgerator dial to turn in was broken ) called & Brian sent nice young man right up & he replaced with one that works did nit get his name but appreciate his service ( it was April 24th around 4:30 ) he was great asset to the hotel , very prompt & pleasant

Would have appreciated “happy hour “ started more like 4 pm (was unable to use comped drinks had to pay because we had to eat in time for ballet , not a big deal but would be better)

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very comfortable and the AC was very cold which I loved!! I liked how convenient it was to food places and shopping and the parking lot was easy to access. I will stay here again!!

The bathroom floor was a little dirty and the tub could have been cleaned better. The coffee pot wasn’t emptied from previous guest. I will still book here again because we liked it a lot!

The hotel was amazing..again. This was my 3rd time visiting the location, but my partner's 1st and he was AMAZED!!! Just seeing the look on his face when he walked in was enough for me. BUT the staff was amazing( Very Professional), the room was clean and spacious and the BREAKFAST was Awesome. The reception was great as well, Ive never participated before, but Im glad I did this time.

I had an issue with the Sony and Cher Concert and BANG session with my next door neighbors in the hotel, but that is not the fault of the HOTEL... Thankfully the concert and bang session ended right after New Years came in. The bed was fine, but I didnt like the pillows

Embassy Suites never fail us! Our family is a huge fan of this brand. This trip was for my daughter's eye surgery at a nearby facility. The beautiful corner room was very spacious and comfortable, the kids really loved watching the airplanes fly in. The hotel could use an update, but we have seen other locations in more need. The staff was excellent and very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is always excellent and the evening reception is always appreciated and enjoyed. Great location!

The satellite TV was a little glitchy in the living room but when we called for help it was sent right away. The toilets need to be serviced or replaced, their flushing power is extremely weak and would stop up even when no paper was being flushed. There were 2 light bulbs that needed to be replaced in the wet bar and bedroom doorway area, but otherwise there was plenty of light.

Breakfast was wonderful each day. Lobby sitting area was well appointed and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Front desk staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Parking was abundant and the location was a great jumping off point for all the sights we wanted to see.

Initially, my reservation was incorrect (1 night instead of the 3 I originally booked). At check-in the Front Desk Agent said he was unable to assist me, however, the next morning the Agent was able to fix the booking and my stay was fine after that. The manager's reception "snacks" were basically chips & salsa and some crudite - seemed a little chintzy to me.

We were placed in a newly renovated room, which was appreciated. Rooms on other floors were in the process of being refurbished. Common areas are starting to look tired and need a facelift as well.

When we arrived at the airport, no shuttle arrived. Called the hotel, but front desk did not answer and voice mail was full. Very frustrating experience...had to Uber to the hotel.

The location was very accessible to everything we needed..When we didn't feel like driving, Deon, the transportation driver took us to dinner. The Happy Hour was right on time with light snacks but I had juice and fellowship.. Tabitha was very professional and patient..She worked hard to accommodate the customers with a smile..She also extended her hours. Ms Judith, supervisor of hospitality took the time to speak to us and help with any needs.

I didn't like when the elevators were down but it was just a short time
