We like the location most of all.

We had issues with our key card entering the hotel from the parking lot. After at least 3 times re-coding our card, it still didn’t work. So the receptionist contacted maintenance. It was fixed when we went to the parking lot the next morning. This is my fault for not checking that our room charge did not include breakfast. And the breakfast we purchased Saturday morning was not worth the $34 we paid. If I would’ve checked, we would’ve definitely selected a bit more expensive hotel that included breakfast.

The common areas of the hotel were beautiful. Everything was clean, updated, and smelled fantastic. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The one time I needed something in my room, it was after 10 PM. I called the front desk and within a couple minutes, they were at my door. They seemed genuinely pleased to help me. We enjoyed the availability of Ruth’s Chris as room service as well. Having a larger family, we stayed in two adjoining rooms for the duration of our trip.

Our only complaint was the same for both rooms: it seemed like the air was stuffy. The in-room A/C units aren’t efficient at pulling moisture from the air. It wasn’t enough of a problem to make us miserable, but was uncomfortable. We would stay again.

Pleasant room conditions. Off an interstate ramp but hard to enter access road. Hotel appeared to be clean. Close to gas stations,unique restaurants, and good shopping nearby.

Room 134 bathroom door hard to shut and lock. Parking lot has very tight spots which are not outlined clearly. Access road from interstate ramp hard to get to and is not signed to help out, out of state residents. Breakfast should be free or at least priced cheaper than is. Rooms need microwave ovens to reheat food.

Everything about the hotel was great. Kids loved the pool and the room was big enough for us and kept us comfortable. Very clean hotel throughout lobby/hallways and in room also. Pool was nice and the gym was also nice and kept clean

Didn't like the fact that breakfast was an additional charge. For myself and 2 kids it would have been an additional 45$ per day to eat breakfast at the hotel. This was disappointing I don't know if that was made clear during the time I made the reservation but I did not see it and the kids were bummed. If I had added in the additional charge for breakfast this would not have been such a great deal however I would stay again at the same price if able to. Also maybe turn the heat up in the pool room so when people get out of the pool it's not so cold brrr but I'm being picky there I came down from NY so I was hoping for as much heat as SC could offer

It has an excellent atmosphere, it's clean, and it has excellent, very executive facilities, The Bed are comfortable and Cleanings

The staff is not very friendly. They have amenities like a bar (which is closed), but the breakfast is of poor quality for the $15 they charge. The food quality should be better for that price. The coffee is terrible, and the coffee maker was dirty. I recommend a smart coffee machine.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, and the price-to-quality ratio was good.

I really have only one negative. We arrived at dusk around 6:30 PM. I couldn't see the parking space lines in the section of the lot that still had space left. Other sections of the lot had clearly marked lines, but one fairly large section looked like the lines hadn't been repainted in years, and with lighting at dusk, could not be seen.

The staff was horrible. I avoided the lobby because my check in interaction was terrible. They didn’t even act enthusiastic to see me for check in. Just dry. Acted like I had been there already and spoke to me like I knew where to go and what to do already. They were very unprofessional. I work in luxury hospitality settings and they need to be trained again.

The hotel personnel were wonderful.

The breakfast was very disappointing. If I had a car, I definitely would have driven elsewhere. The food was not very appealing. The toasters did not work well and looked as though they had never been cleaned.The servers seemed more concerned with collecting breakfast vouchers than providing a decent meal. I expected more from a Crowne Plaza. I would also suggest some sort of turkey bacon or sausage for those of us who do not eat red meat or pork. There also was no microwave to heat up the pastry.

Staff was service oriented - especially the attendant at the breakfast bar. Very comfortable room/bed. The common areas of the hotel were impressive.

Some features in our room were a little dated, but overall a very clean, comfortable space.

Staff was really nice

Rooms need to be updated. There was lots of trash in the lobby where the computers were for public use by the bar. The bar should stay open later.
