Our stay in Rapid City was wonderful! The staff was always welcoming, and the delicious breakfast was a great start to our day. The pool and gym were clean and fun for the whole family, and the free laundry room was a huge help for our longer stay. We especially loved having a kitchenette. We will definitely be back!

If there were any suggestions to make an already great stay even better, it would be to add a couple more chairs for the room with the kitchenette so our kids don't have to eat on the bed. Also, while the TV worked perfectly, an updated one with casting capabilities would have been a nice bonus for watching our kids' favorite shows.

The breakfast was excellent loved the breakfast staff made us feel like we were right at home! The overall experience was above expectations been staying here since it first opened up and will continue to stay there every time we come to Rapid City for the rest of our lives!🫵🏽👏🏽👍🏽👌🏽💪🏽✌🏾💯

The location was in a great central location, close to the interstate but far enough away that there was no noise, Plenty of parking, the room was laid out well and it was comfortable, the internet was not enough so I used my hot spot, the morning breakfast was the same as all hotels, good but nothing that separated it from the others. The bed was very good and the pillows were also, I would stay there again without hesitation. It is a better than average hotel and recommended highly. After the Wyoming hotels it was a very nice change.

The internet could have been better but I never plan on hotel internet being very fast or strong. Other than that it was a great hotel to stay at.

My whole family liked Staybridge Suites very much. The facilities were great. I liked that guests could do their own laundry and the facilities were very accommodating to our needs. The morning breakfast was exceptional. The Kitchen attendant Doug was very hospitable and his services were exceptional. He greeted us every morning with a smile on his face always! He was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable. I liked the cleanliness of the Suites and the building very much. The Social hour Monday - Wednesday was also a very nice treat and something to look forward to. The food was delicious and I especially liked it was something different each night. The location of Staybridge Suites was very convenient. 15-20 minutes from the airport, minutes from major stores and restaurants, and main attractions were mostly within an hour was amazing. Location was superb!

At first, I didn't like that there was not enough plates, glasses, utensils in the Unit. I have a family of 6 and there was a set of 4 for each item. When I called the front office, they remediated this with allowing me to use paper plates and plastic utensils from the dining room. I was totally fine with this and happy afterwards.

The entire building was very clean, not even a bit of dust on the sprinkler in our room. Breakfast is included daily, as well as dinner Monday-Wednesday. Laundry facilities are onsite and no cost, just supply your own detergent. Kitchenette in the room which simplifies meal planning and saves money. The room was quiet. The location was conveniently located to a major interstate and surrounded by a multitude of different shopping centers and eateries. Housekeeping daily Monday-Friday.

Big room with kitchen. All shower amenities (shampoo,bodywash..) reusable, so less plastic around. Many tourist info in the lobby. Breakfast was always good and the staff welcoming you there was always kind. Beds were comfy, but pillows weren't unfortunately. Pool needs some more attention. Nice gym. Overall very, very nice stay! Absolutely reccomend it.

Location was good, building is fairly new & well kept. Loved the dining area & outdoor patio with a gas fire pit. Our room was exceptional with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, electric range top, dishes & dishwasher. Breakfasts were far above average hotel complementary breakfasts.on Monday,Tuesday & Wednesdays a light dinner with your choice of beverages is offered free of charge between 5:30 & 7:00

The breakfast was excellent, close to what we would expect from a hotel preparing meals to order. The two hosts were welcoming and informative. They were attentive to the ongoing upkeep and cleanliness of the aarea.

Maybe a bit less chatty that early in the morning (but not a crippling problem).

Loved everything about our staff. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Especially during breakfast Doug (I believe his name was) always met us with a smile, a good morning and a run down of what breakfast entailed. It was a great stay.

Fantastic place to stay while exploring Badlands, Black Hills, and Devil's Tower for the week. Spacious room, very clean, very quiet, with daily 'light' housekeeping to empty garbage and replenish any bathroom supplies needed. Quality full breakfast with eggs, bacon/sausage, breads, large fruit bar, cereal, and more, kept well stocked all morning. Great rate through booking.com! One of our best hotel experiences!
