We ate breakfast downstairs and it was quite and delicious. We were able to walk to many Nashville hot spots from here and if we got an Uber/Lyft it was cheap and fast. The room was beautiful and we had a nice corner room.

At one point there was a large spider in the room and we had issues with maintenance getting to the room in a timely manner and telling me there was nothing there as I directly pointed it out to him. He did apologize and get it out of the room so I do not hold it against him. To no fault of the hotel we also lost power for a few hours. If that happens just know the staff are not getting updates and cannot tell you when they will regain power.

The hotel was well kept and comfortable. The room was spacious and attractive. The evening staff was outstanding. Specifically Kerrian and Linda. They were very professional and friendly. Additionally, they were very responsive to any questions or needs. The restaurant staff was also very pleasant. Joshua, the server who took care of us during breakfast, was outstanding and reflected a very positive image for the hotel.

The morning front desk staff appeared unfriendly. Had we encountered them when we arrived, our perception of the hotel would have been less favorable.

The property is modern and update as well as very clean and close to a lot of places and restaurants. The hotel it self was not the only thing to rave about but the staff as well. All staff were great and willing to help in any way that they could. When we checked in the front desk called our room to make sure everything was okay and that we had no issues. What a nice first impression. Great stay would come back

There was not any dislike. The valet parking does take a little longer then expected to get your vehicle but it was to be expected with how many other people were also staying at the hotel

New and modern interior, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, friendly staff. Really appreciated being able to check in early and leave our luggage at reception on the day we checked out.

The shower water pressure was so weak, it’s a struggle to wash the soap off your body. The TV wasn’t working properly. $46/night to leave the car at the valet. The neighbourhood is dodgy, you shouldn’t walk there at night (or even during the day if you’re alone).

This Midtown location was just a mile or so from Downtown. Easy access to many attractions without traffic. The Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and modern. The gym was adequate and open 24 hrs. Simple grab and go food available to purchase. Parking was very easy.

The television in our room was not working due to wifi connection during three night stay. My only suggestion would be adding a complimentary coffee bar or water in lobby. Or possibly breakfast /restaurant.

The hotel is new. The rooms were spacious, larger than normal. The Bluetooth mirror was a hit, and the beds were comfortable. The location was great. You can literally walk everywhere, and downtown was one block away. I would stay again.

I did not like the parking. There is no parking lot, and valet parking is available but was not explained during booking. Public parking is available on the street, which are only about 5 spots. You literally have to wait until someone leaves. You can pay for public parking, which was only 9 hours max. Other than that ,the stay was great.

I’m so glad we went with this hotel! Brand new- beautiful rooms and lobby. Staff was AMAZING- Dayne at the downstairs bar was our guy all week- so friendly and really took care of us during our trip. Also Bryanna and Kiro were awesome. Rooftop restaurant was super pretty and I was shocked how empty it was during the week. (Highly recommend the spicy pasta) great location, great room, great overall experience- highly recommend

Couldn’t get a late checkout which was unfortunate given how hungover we were LOL

Excellent customer service and location to our concert. Valet Dillon was monumental in getting us to our event on time.

Valet needed at least two people. I was not in a hurry, but the pressure was on one lady during peak checkout. 0 communication with staff in this department. Concierge at desk should step up when they see her overwhelmed with 8 people waiting to get their cars at the same time. 20 mins after texting to pick up car will affect gratuity for the people running to the garage a block away to pick up cars.

The property was conveniently located, with the Keystone Center/the heard of Broadways bars a music only a pleasant easy and safe walk away, or a 5 minute uber ride. The staff was very helpful and the food in the rooftop patio was very good. Special shoutout to Lauryn at the Rix for excellent service.

Nothing to dislike.

The location of the property is perfect for exploring downtown and parts of the city. The hotel and rooms were very nice and clean. Kudos to housekeeping because they really make the room feel like it was tailored for you.The modern decor and light fixtures are beautiful.

The parking is my only complaint even though they have valet. Of course it's not the valet's fault that patrons take forever getting their things from their vehicles.
