The hotel was very nice, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. There was free breakfast the next morning... And we didn't eat but it was not a Continental Breakfast...smile. It looked like so much more was on the breakfast line...and it smelled really good. Smile. As I was walking past the dining area, one of the staff asked if I was going to have some...Smile. And I thought that was sweet. Even though we didn't stay long we definitely enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Smile

The price. I don't know what was taking place in Abilene but all of the hotels were elevated in price. But I've stayed in much nicer Hotels for much less.

The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Very nice!

Roll in shower does not have a way to keep water from leaking out. Maybe an additional floor drain on the outside of the shower would help. La Quinta in Lakeway TX had a better design. Also, the disposable filter basket for the coffee maker was not very functional. I had to hold it while the coffee brewed. The lighting needs improvement. We could not open the window shade on the ground floor for extra light. The room was very dark. Hu

The breakfast was delicious and hot! The room was clean and cozy. This was our first time in Abilene and I'm sure we will stay at the Laquinta when we come to visit again.

There was nothing about our stay that we did not like. The only thing that I could note as an inconvenience was that our flight landed at 11:00 a.m. and we had to wait until 3:00 p.m. to check in. However, the staff was very friendly and we were able to use the restroom while we waited to check in.

Room was very clean. Bed were comfortable, Check in was super easy as well as check out. The also had a great breakfast and the person working the breakfast was great always kept the food container/trays full. Would defiantly stay here again if I come to Abilene.

We stayed on the 4th floor. The elevator was kind of rocky. May need some attention.

Only 2 things were: At check in the “check in clerk” was tied up on the phone with someone that was inquiring about their bill. I think they should put them on hold and check the customers in first and handle their call afterwards. #2 there was a wet trail from the pool into the elevator that was slippery.

The property was located in the perfect location for mini trips to local establishments.

The gym was small with not a lot of options for workouts. No dumbbells, limited weight machines, the space very small. Two people working out would have been cramped, add a third and it would have been impossible.

Everything was great. Had stayed here in early November with friends and when a need arose for my husband & I to do business in Abilene I automatically booked a room here. Very clean, staff very helpful and the location to where we needed to handle our business was great. Lots of restaurants handy also.

Not much the hotel can do about this but the black birds rousting in the trees in the parking lot did a number on our trailer that carried our motorcycles. Thankfully we had the bikes covered but we did have to quite a scrub job on the covers when returning home. Not the hotels fault though just part of nature :)

The staff were very courteous and helpful. They made sure we had a room we needed. The room was very clean, the lobby and dining are was clean. Even the elevator smelled fresh and clean not musty as they sometimes do. Parking was convenient, the location was great...close to restaurants and shopping.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

Good location, next to WalMart and restaurants.

Out dated building, slow slow slow elevator, short staffed, had to wait on rooms to be cleaned. No extra bedding for sofa pullout. The swimming pool was open all night and loud just below my window.

That location was good and the staff was great. With the elevator out, after the first night, they were able to transfer our room to the first floor which was a huge help for our mil.

The elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor.
