So very grateful room was available at short notice when my travel plans had to change. As long as there was a bed to sleep in, a loo and some hot water for a wash, I was happy. Room very large, as was bed. Lots of drawer space made up for lack of hanging facilities. Air-conditioning very effective when needed. Facilities basic, as expected on tight budget, but spotlessly clean - domestic staff very efficient. Desk staff helpful and efficient when had problem with key - very quickly resolved. Handy location on I35, easy access out of city in direction I needed to travel. Convenience stores, restaurants and takeaways all nearby. Being in the end room upstairs, I had a sun-drenched balcony to myself - that was a bonus!

Handy location on highway obviously meant noisy location - the plus comes with the minus, fair enough. The wi-fi connection was unreliable, which meant the TV sometimes had plenty of choices available, and sometimes not so many. But I wasn't in Texas to watch TV! Low budget room meant no hot-drink-making and no fridge - would've been helpful to know that in advance, I'd have brought a heating-element-gadget with me.

Everything was satisfactory , no surprises . Security was never an issue ,., There is a good Mexican restaurant next door .

I had a bit of trouble with the door lock and the plastic card-key .The card needed to pass over the sensor in the door lock but the card was totally blank with no directions as to which way to swipe or hold it .After some discussion with the desk clerk I went back , still at a loss , but after a few chance hits I discovered it worked okay if the card was held firmly on the sensing pad and was r e a l l y s l o w l y slid straight upward

The general area in Austin is involved in high crime, incl. shootings & knivings. I was surprised this generally didn't affect the complex. The complex appears exteriorly to be run-down BUT the rooms we've stayed in 3X now are clean and aesthetic - no pealing paint, no sheetrock broken, no mold, etc. I can see this is the way they keep $$s down.

Demographics of guests, i.e. who they are & their upbringing, need to be monitored somewhat. DON'T ALLOW YOUR LIL' BOY TO RIDE HIS ELECTRIC SCOOTER ON THE 2ND FLOOR CATWALK AT 2:~30 IN THE MORNING so the guest(s) who are attempting to sleep don't have to take care of controlling them!!!!!

The Room was good and comfortable.

The guy at front desk (check in)was like Rude, to explain. He never told me about what direction was my room I was looking my Room for 20 minutes actually, the tv doesn’t work. The check out was Okay Quick, and friendly ( Girl). Many people outside was talking all night u can’t sleep actually.

Breakfast? Nope but taco stands right around the corner and a restaurant. Mrs. Merry was a great attendant to have there helping my coworkers and I with getting accommodated for the full work week we had to book Overall good staff following orders like they have to. Pretty free with things you can do, Clean rooms good device for tv entertainment Snacks n water Didn’t ban us Good hotel Guest pass for more ppl was cheap thank you for that too

Should be able to get a room and no physical copy of id Anyway Changed door keys every day and only room owner with id can get a reprogrammed key Ladies always HAD to clean our room even if we didn’t want it or if we ourselves kept the room as it was Need new solution to last statement Shower was never steady 219 or 223 not sure probably both Wifi was dog TVs could be cooler Pool was closed no gym Can’t stay with door open

I like my privacy and I like the courteous staff and also the professional staff was to me at all the time the location easy access to the t plus public transportation also stores as well.

Well sometimes the movie channels do not work. At all sometimes that's the only problem that I have .

I have always had a nice experience. I keep to myself and nobody bothers me.. the rooms are clean and comfortable. I have been staying here for over a year every week and am happy with the accommodations and value I receive. They are willing to work with me on my requests and the maintenance team is awesome.. thanks Jim Barber

Well the professional staff and clean rooms also the great servicet that I received in all.

Not having microwave in the room also not having instructions for the T.V. it would have been easier to operate the t T.V. in all Ruben

Well each time that its an adventure each and every time this time it was ok in all.

No microwave or a mini fridge inside motel and the price should be less in all the weekend it should be less in all

I like the location of this motel and also it was convient for me because everything was easy to get to in all. The people and the staff was just great
