The staff was very friendly. The location was right off I35 and the area is kind of seedy. So I didn't have really high expectations. However, it was better than I expected. I'm sure many people would appreciate the really soft bed. The one thing I was disappointed by was the room needed a really good sweeping and a new shower curtain.

I can't think of anything that I would say I didn't like. Again, my room needed a good sweeping.

It was basic for the price, which is what I was expecting. Good clean room with a spacious bathroom.

I didn't have a reservation when I checked in, which wasn't a problem. The problem, she wanted to charge me the walk-in fee of $100 per night. She stated, if I would have made the reservation online it would be cheaper. So, I went to my car and did the reservation through an online travel site. The cost came to $70. I saved $30. I wish Motel 6 would charge the same online price as a walk-in. It was a little of a pain to do it on my cell phone.

Everything was clean and comfy. Did have to get toilet paper and comforter from front desk. But other than that it was quiet and comfortable.

Took a while to get lights by bed on and then one of them was out. So not as much light around the bed area. Had to crack the curtain to see.

The staff and mostly everything about the place. Beds were insanely comfortable. Relatively quite for being directly off the highway.

Bathroom door was broken, the table between the beds wasn't attached to the wall, difficult to turn and keep headboard lights on and phone would disconnect.

Maudie( hope I spelled it right?) was amazing!! Made sure the brief issue I had was quickly resolved! Was very professional and courteous. 10 stars to her!!!

Everything was fine

Great staff. And fulfilled request for downstairs facing parking lot due to work truck. Will keep coming here for sure.

Better security last visit security was visible don't know who y'all got now but need to bring back old security guards they were at least seen around property.

The cleanliness of the room

The spacious room was nice sized

There wasn't a bathtub in the bathroom only a shower and I have little kids The bathtub was much needed.

It was 10 minutes from UT and really cheap

Wear and tear was evident

Close to the highway and budget friendly.

The smell of the room had a lingering cigarette stench. Not enough mirrors. Small shower space. The bed sheets did not smell clean.
