This is an excellent example of getting what you pay for. The hotel is relatively new and still fresh; the room and public areas were clean; the laundry facility and vending machines were modern and functional; the front desk staff were friendly. The room includes a kitchenette, but there were no dishes, cutlery, or any other kitchen tools. There's a place to hang your clothes, but no hangers. The room was almost barren of decor and there was no full-length mirror. The bed is a mattress on a metal spring frame; it's reasonably comfortable, but squeaky and not very supportive. The floors are not carpeted, and you can hear footsteps from the room above. When I requested an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer, I was told there were no hair dryers and given a table-top ironing board with the iron. I was provided two bath towels and two washcloths, but no hand towel, and when I wanted fresh towels I was told to bring the ones in my room to the front desk for the exchange. Had I been paying typical rates for a room with kitchenette I would have been unhappy, but at the very low rate per night it was a very good value and I was quite satisfied.

I love that the location was within minutes of my destinations since being familiar with the area. I love that the staff was super friendly and the facilities were exceptionally clean. I also liked the convenience of cameras at every entrance for extra security.

I didn't like that i saw a couple of baby roaches(3 total) but that is to be expected especially if there is food around and since it is a place where you can cook inside, however the facilities were kept clean daily. I also didn't like that my card could not access the gym but there were people going in. But this still will not make me give a low rating.

Very clean rooms, freshly renovated.

Too much noise coming from the highway. Rooms up to 30 facing the highway are very noisy as if you are sleeping in a tent on a highway. I had to change my room to 31 to hear less noise. No hairdryer, no iron (they gave me one upon request), no dishes or anything for the kitchen. If you want to cook, you need to buy your own stuff. The blanket and sheets were cheap and disgusting, so I changed them to my own and slept well. One last thing: the hot water was not hot in the bath tub. It was hot in both sinks but barely warm in the bath tub.

Everything was very clean, the inside and outside just very well maintained. Loved the location because it was quick to get to things with lots of stores in the area to visit if needed!

Towels were not available for over 5 hours which is excessive. Dogs barked for hours on our hall and the guests were out so there was no solution to get them to stop. When towels became available they were gone so fast you could not ask for any extras to have a face towel.

Plenty of space, good facilities, including a large fridge & freezer, very clean. Friendly staff. Easily accessible. Modern building.

A bit too close to the highway to have a window open if you are in a room at the back. No cooking utensils, I do not know if you can rent/get them from reception - we had our own as we had been camping for most of the holiday. Shower could have been hotter (I like my showers very hot), the water was hotter in the basins.

I was pleasantly amazed by the cleanliness. It was a tremendous value. It is not luxurious, but especially for the price, it completely met my needs. I will definitely use Woodbridge Suites again.

The only hiccup I ran into was a couple of times the room door didn't unlock fully when I applied the key. The solution was to lift up on the door handle to reset the mechanism, then the key seemed to work. Apparently, that is not uncommon with this type of door mechanism.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Terrance & Leeann were available for any questions or concerns that came up & quick to provide answers & solutions. The rooms were good sized and sparkling clean, just what you want in an extended stay hotel. I was grateful for a comfortable affordable room that I was able to easily rebook as my plans changed.

I had no complaints regarding the property. I missed the lack of an in-room coffee maker the first morning, but with coffee available 24/7 in the downstairs common room I quickly adjusted.

It was clean, friendly staff, had a gym, coffee and kitchen. Was able to cook, but had to buy all the kitchen necessities, but it’s ok.

Walls are thin, you can hear everything that was going on outside the room. Some night s was a bit noisy. You can hear thumping and banging and moving furniture around, poeple talking. But, I’m pretty sure that’s how it is leaving in apts. maybe I’m just being extra sensitive with noise bcus I’m not use to it. But that’s it overall everything was good.

Nothing really to write home about, but the place was in good shape, clean, and everything went smoothly. Location was pretty convenient right on the highway so you can get to where you need to be without having to fight through surface streets.

For some reason, the sink did not work. Also, the bed was a cheaper quality so if I ever had a longer stay, I would not stay here. It was perfectly fine for just a night or two though.

I really enjoyed my stay at WoodSpring Suites Austin Central. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities that I needed, fresh towels were available anytime at the front desk, and there was plenty of car parking available on-site and free-of-charge. Most importantly however, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and really went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
