The price, breakfast, smelled clean & the location to where we were going was great

I will most definitely be staying here when I'm in Austin. Very clean, friendly staff and the hotel is quiet considering there's a lot of workers staying there. You have a variety of places to eat. I liked that it was off the frontage rd so you're right off 35. The only negative thing for me was that the free breakfast could have more of a variety foods and that the times could be a little later. I didn't like the fact that breakfast was served so early in the morning. 6a-8a other than that the stay was GREAT‼️

I loved the breakfast that Margarita makes . You can taste the homemade eggs and waffles she makes . She definitely made our stay memorable. Loved how they have a security guard driving around the parking lot . Made us feel safe .

I didn’t like that they have very different breakfast hours and when you walk out after a pool day the hallways are Extra slippery.

I liked the room in general. It was spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. I loved that the vending machines and elevator were close by. Staff was very sweet and knowledgeable.I loved the gift bag of goodies they gave us to welcome us! That was very thoughtful and sweet, and the goodies were delicious!

I didn't like that the key cards were giving us trouble every time we entered and left the building. I didn't like that we had to eat breakfast downstairs with the other guests versus taking the food to our room. I didn't like that the room, even at the lowest ac setting, wasn't getting cool enough to be completely comfortable.

We loved our stay! We checked in with Marina who was so sweet and explained more than enough about the hotel. She was very friendly and had a nice welcoming smile. The room was perfect! Room was super clean and beds were so comfortable. The entire facility was so clean and smelled good. The pool area was nice, too. The breakfast was our favorite part. There were so many choices! It was a nice hearty breakfast that left us full for hours. All our interaction with anyone at the hotel was pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.

The only complaint I have is the water pressure inside the shower. It was super low.

I really appreciated how clean the room was, it smelled amazing. I liked it and thought the price was excellent for what is offered. The staff was very friendly.

The only things they can improve is changing the rugs on the bedrooms and for some reason my airconditioner was making a really loud noise on the first day i stay, but then it magicaly got fixed

The building floors were large, nice tile. The room was large, quiet, hot water, clean. Great shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was good. The staff were great.

The TV guide was hard for me to navigate. The bathroom sink didn't have enough room for me to apply my makeup etc.

Halls were clean, and accessible to everyone. AC was adjustable and bedding was comfortable as well.

Only one entrance that feeds into the access lane of I-35 which is undergoing construction. Made for a small amount of stress leaving and entering property parking lot.

Loved how roomy the suite was, wish we would have been able to stay longer to fully enjoy it. Mostly chose Orangewood due to its easy access to the highway, so the location was very convenient for us.

The breakfast hours were so early we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it, but were able to find some cool local spots instead.

Breakfast is convenient, and beneficial to start a day when many hotels don't provide free breakfast anymore.

It would be great to have a back entrance to the property, but the hotel was probably built before the increased traffic on the service road in front, and the apartment complex behind it.
